One of the best bakeries in the dutchess county. Baguettes and sourdough are superior. Even the pastries are awesome. We love it!

So many delicious things here – vegan empanadas, vegan spring rolls, sourdough bread, pretzels, and probably everything else I haven't tried yet.

Go here! Everything is fresh and baked to perfection! We literally had four meals from the one chicken pot pie! I also got a kale pocket and a peach cheese Danish and they were equally delicious.

All You Knead is a treasure to have in Beacon. A long time local family owned business that adds color and flavor to Main St. Try the chocolate croissants! And the muffins. And the scones. Find them each Sunday at the Farmer's Market. Life's better with bread !

I came in early this morning and almost got one of everything but i had to show some restraint as it all looked and smelled amazing. The pastries were fresh and delicious. The woman who bakes there was friendly and warm. I can not say enough about how good my experience was. I will definitely be back and i highly recommend you all check this place out.

Best bread and baguettes in Hudson Valley. It's one of our favorites stand on Beacon farmers market. We come here once a week to gets goods for the week. They have delicious muffins and pastries as well

Delicious assortment of loaves of bread, pretzels, pastries, and other things. Probably one of the best bagels in Beacon as well. The vegan egg rolls are a delicious treat. I just wish they were open more during the week!

Every time I go to the farmers market, I HAVE TO buy their chocolate chip cookie. It’s thick, big, and delicious. I literally would die for these chocolate chip cookies. They seriously are life changing.

Arguably the best blueberry muffins anywhere ever. Everything else is good, too. Always love to see Rosa.

I work about a block away from this wonderful establishment and have been coming here consistently for 2 to 3 weeks at least twice a week. EVERY time the food is incredible. The baked goods are super fresh, and would seriously doubt you could find something here you don't like. The pretzels are to die for, turnovers will make your taste buds turnover with delight. The nice lady who works the counter when I go in is super friendly and knows her stuff.

This place is a small bread shop, but all the breads are of fine quality. The bagels here are surprisingly some of the best in the area, better texture and flavor than the actual bagel shop in town (just limited to traditional toppings, not flavored doughs). They also have bialys which you can't get anywhere else around here. My mother really likes their chicken pot pie, even though she says there is more potato than chicken in it. Great french baguette and the raisin bread toasts beautifully.

The pretzel is truly impeccable. Perfect mix of doight yeasty inside and crispy outside. Ratio of salt was golden. Probably the perfect pretzel! 🥨 I had a veg empanada too which was ok - nothing on the pretzel

I work as a traveler and have been in Beacon for about 5 months. I've been to just about every bakery. Hands down this is the best. Besides the loaves made from scratch, they have amazing turnovers and the empanadas are a MUST. I enjoy bringing my pilgrimage home when I can. Every item is soft, fresh, and executed with your umami taste buds in mind. If you have time for only one bakery/bread this is it!

Stopped in for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Bought a loaf of country white bread and they even sliced it for me!! My grandma was so happy, best $5 I ever spent! Will definitely be back

This place is incredible. I’ve been in the shop a couple times but I’ve mainly had their confections at the Farmer’s Market off of Main St. I love their food.

They don’t sell them at the farmer’s market, but the lemon muffins are so amazing, you need to go in and get one... granted, pretty much everything they make is amazing, but still.

The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The bread is absolutely delicious as well as their baked goods. I highly recommend that you come in and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

We love everything these girls bake here: empanadas, croissants strawberry scones, lamb rolls mmmmm...... I always go a least one day per week special weekends to get good breakfast

In the morning, try the pastries. For lunch, they have really good bread pockets. My favorite is the one with sweet potato, black beans, cheddar & corn.

Best Bread Pudding in the world! Great European loaves, bagels! Terrific owner I have known for years.
