Nolans Brick Oven Bistro

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The pizza was a custom topping, brick oven fired, delicious meal. All ingredients were fresh & good quality. We also got the ahi tuna app & fried fish Tacos, both of which were cooked very well & full of flavor.

We were seated relatively quickly, 10min for 2 people, considering it was Friday night and we didn't have a reservation. We absolutely would recommend & would return!

On my visit to your town, went to eat here twice! We really enjoy the atmosphere and the food! I recommend getting the Beet Salad and the Chicken Broccoli Pasta. Amy was very helpful and great host.

One of the best in Wolfeboro, NH. The food was really good and it came really quick. The waitress was really nice and helpful. We ordered the following and definitely recommed it to all.

We ordered a pizza for takeout as our first experience with this restaurant, and it was awesome! Gotta love the brick oven crust! We ordered a custom pizza with Carmel onions, ricotta, and roasted red peppers - so delicious! We'll definitely be back!

The Brussel sprouts appetizer was beyond awesome, could have eaten the whole dish as was the roasted beet salad and artichoke dip. However, the Hawaiian pizza was actually not good, it was so soggy one could not pick it up. It tasted fine, but was not presentable at all. Just wanted you to know just in case someone else mentions it.

Nolan’s Brick Oven restaurant is located in downtown Wolfeboro, NH and is a good place for casual dining. The menu has a wide selection of sandwiches and pizzas. The Veal Parmigiana sandwich is excellent and is my favorite. Their home-made chips are also very good and I order these rather than fries. The seating area is small and noisy because of all the bar activity so I generally eat there during off peak dining hours. The waitstaff is friendly and work hard. Outdoor seating during warm weather. They also have a take-out service that I’ve used many times.

Probably the best pizza place with-in 50 miles of my house. The pizza is cooked perfect and they do not skimp on the toppings. Highly recommend.

Nolan's is a truly special place. The food is incredible, the prices are great, the service is quick, and the servers are wonderful. The place has a really cool vibe to it - think of the pub in "American Werewolf in London". Kind of dark and fun and everyone's enjoying themselves. Super fun location, a beautiful walk through downtown Wolfeboro.

Was in town doing laundry and there was a sidewalk sale at all the stores. We asked a lady in a store where was a good place to grab a bite to eat and two people recommended this place to us. It smelled so good when we walked in. The staff was very prompt and friendly. We got a yummy pizza with peppers and mushrooms. It was so fresh and hot! We had comfy seats, with pillows. Overall it was a great experience and I plan on returning in the future.

All my friends wanted some fancy burger place that was waterfront. I needed pizza in my life. I’ll definitely be going back

Before watching a dynamic sunset stop by this swanky bistro and enjoy the cozy atmosphere, the wintery drink specials, and the merry menu. Thank you Chef, Cathy, and all the Nolan elves who made our Christmas Day visit memorable.

As the only restaurant open for the July 3rd Monday dinner crowd, they were definitely overwhelmed by the amount of customers asking for tables and there was a wait (it was accurate) but everyone at Nolan’s was so kind and the food was still great! We felt so bad for how crazy it was, but our waitress and the hostess handled everything with a smile and grace. We were so thankful to them and they did a great job!

Hailey was such a fantastic server. We brought our dogs with us to eat on the patio and she was so kind to our skittish pup. Truly can’t say enough about how much it meant that she was nice to her. The service and food was fantastic as well. Highly recommend.

Great food and beer selection. My wife and I went for lunch and we were suprised by not only the quality of food, but the presentation. We will visit again!

Its hard to be from ny and rate pizza in nh but i can only praise this spot. The pizza is unique and very good. We ordered the alfredo pizzas and was delicious.

This place was super busy and I was expecting to be waiting forever. To my surprise my order was ready in no time! The staff was remarkable and when I received my food I instantly understood why they were so busy! The food was amazing! They have a very talented staff! Great job! I will definitely make this a regular go to restaurant.

Awesome pizza and pasta. Garlic bread and knots taste great.

Excellent food all around, whether it's pizza or the rest of the menu. Eat outside if you can.
