Rowell’s was fast efficient and professional. From our salesman- Todd to your installers Keith and Steve everyone was easy to work with. They were great about asking questions to get us exactly what we wanted out of the system and hauled our old dinosaur of a system out for free as well.

It was a very challenging job that no local service would take on - so happy the team at Rowell were up for the challenge! They did an amazing job cutting out the old tank and replacing it with a new tankless water heater. The guys were professional, very knowable and even cleaned up after the install. We highly recommend them, especially for more complicated work! Before and after - what a difference!

A masterclass in quality workmanship and cleanliness. Four members of the Rowell's team were at my home first thing in the morning to line my sewer line and 100% delivered. Rowell's is one of the most amazing companies that I've ever done business with. I just bought a "fixer-upper" home in Franklin, and needed some repairs and upgrades done. Every single person who showed up to my home were absolutely perfect.

The first part was the bath tub. I didn't want my mom climbing into a traditional tub because she's old and disabled. These guys carefully removed the old tub and professionally installed a walk-in shower stall. I could not believe how fantastic it looks and functions. Thank you for a doing such a wonderful thing!

The second part was the hot water heater. The boiler that came with the house didn't work. Rowell's presented me with just about every option under the sun and gave me all the pros and cons of each. I decided to go with a tankless hot water on demand unit. Those guys did such a stellar job of routing the plumbing, the water lines, the gas lines, and the electrician went above and beyond to make the new circuit so neatly installed, it looks like it was installed there since the house was built. The pipes, the hoses, the power lines, the circuit breakers in the box.

It's been a few days since they've finished, and I still can't believe how happy I am with the amount of bang I got for my buck by going with Rowell's. They're much more than professional at Rowell's. They're down to earth and still retain the "human" factor when dealing with their customers. I wish there was a way to better show my level of gratitude for what Rowell's has done for me.

Seriously, these guys are absolute rock stars in everything they do! From the ones who answered the phone calls, to the ones who did the inspections, to the ones who installed everything, I really do hope you see this review, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! =)

Had a backed up pipe, called Rowell's and had a tech here in under 30 minutes. Went with a full line replacement from the house too the street and the quote was better than our expectations. They cleared the schedule for the next day and were here on time (bright and early). These guys worked their butts off all day in the 90 degree heat. They worked until almost 9 at night trying to get the yard as perfect as they could. The inside work was left clean. Couldn't have asked for any better service! I would recommend them to anyone that needs major plumbing work completed!

We had an emergency situation with the bathroom toilet at my work and Rowell's squeezed us into their schedule last minute. They came quickly and solved the problem in a timely manner. Jake was wonderful. Thank you so much Rowell's! You guys are the best!

As an owner of a short term rental home in the area quite possibly the worst call is to get that there is septic water backing up into the house! From a recommendation I called Rowell's immediately and was met with professional staff on the phone who guided me through the emergency services available. The team of 3 came out with smiles on their face and reassuring words. They were knowledgable and kind. Rowell’s recently replaced our boiler system, they were able to come out within a week of our previous system failing. (Original to the home, 30+ years old - it was time)

We had a damaged sewer connection in our cellar. The crew from Rowell's, Dan, Joshua, Jonathan, Craig, (sorry if I missed anyone), showed up on time, were professional, polite and thoughtful. They got the job done on that day as promised. They cleaned up the area very nicely. Kim in the office was very responsive and helpful. The work was costly but they did a great job and I would use them again.

Timely arrival. Friendly, informative interactions. Workmanship was fine throughout. They cleaned well and before they left they tested that everything was working and they answered my questions about how the system works and how best for me to use it.
