Summit Resort

We came to the Summit knowing a lot of things would be closed early December. It was a quiet getaway week. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles and friendly people. We were directed to our room, the building furthest from the guest registration building (and the pool) but that was ok, just a short drive.
The unit was very nice, clean and stocked with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Nice little shampoo samples, etc. Not sure why we were given a handicapped unit, only downside was the lack of some cabinets but otherwise it was fine, just hope no one was inconvenienced by our being in this unit.
There is a small gym, a game room and a small store and the pool, oh the pool..a large spa like hot tub and a large pool with a slide and a smaller pool with a slide. What fun!! It was crowded weekends but we had the place to ourselves during the week. Off season is great!
In the lobby there have a coupon list with several restaurants on it. Grab the paper and check out which restaurants you are interested in and just ask at the desk for the coupons. Free appetizers or percentage off. Nice perks!!

Our one hitch was the main TV in the living room, it's Direct TV and while we understand inclement weather interrupts service, something was wrong with the box..it constantly froze even though they tried several times to fix it. It was unwatchable.
They were most pleasant in trying to figure out the issue. I hope they get it fixed for the next people coming in to the unit.
All in all a great week. I'd definitely come back!!

Great spot. The park and the pool area was so convenient. My kids spent hours going back and forth all day. In the evening we went to the indoor pools where we used the water slides several times. The hot tub was huge. At around 930 we sat out on the deck and watched the fireworks. The day we left the girl at the front desk (Ashley) was so pleasant and accommodating. First time going,will definitely be coming again.

We stay here several times a year. It's great for us and our 3 kids. I love having the space these rooms offer! No having to go to sleep at the same time as the kids because they're in their own room! I can cook and have people visit. We're all really comfy here. Indoor pool is very nice and we just tried out the new game room. Kids were happy! We saw fire pits this visit but didn't get to check them out. That's for next time!

Has a lot of charm. Indoor and outdoor pools are suffice. Indoor pool has two slides and a waterfall which are fun as well as an oversized jacuzzi and dated sauna as well as a locker room with showers. The indoor pool has a deck with loving chairs and tables with umbrellas to experience the best of both worlds. The outdoor pool is cozy and quite refreshing.

The rooms are a bit outdated but the whole charm of the resort makes up for it. Not to mention the great location.

Great getaway place near Weirs Beach, NH. Went thru Groupon. Two bedroom, two bath unit with full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. It has many amenities which we didn't utilize. Front desk staff was very helpful, giving us coupons for local restaurants. As this was the week before Christmas it was nice and quiet! I am really looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!!!

1st time here, very peaceful. There is no outdoor hot tub, but there is a huge indoor hot tub!!! I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo, fully equipped kitchen, dining room table that sat 6, good size living room with fireplace, deck with slider off master, washer and dryer, etc etc .... everything you need!!! Will be back!!

Great place to stay in the off season. The two bedroom suite was more than enough room for our family of three. My three year old loved the slides in the pool. The hot tub was great and the slides were such a good time. The kiddie pool was perfect for the small one too. The beds were too firm for our liking so sleep wasn't great and the walls seem thin, could definitely hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. Overall we would totally stay again for the amenities and the close proximity to town.

The room I stayed in was beautiful and nicely taken care of. It had a washer and dryer, a big TV, and lots of storage space! The only complaint I could possibly think of is that the shower I used was a tad bit small (I'm a 120-pound, 5'7 female) and accidently hit the door open 3d17684qd6. So maybe a bigger shower or a lock on the inside?

The service was wonderful! The people who work there are very nice and attentive 👍 My stay was also surprisingly quiet- no awfully loud noises from workers or other residents. The community seems very safe and welcoming

Hotel activities: Outstanding, to say the least. The indoor pool is heated but not too warm - it's still refreshing. There's also a gigantic hot tub and a deck area for breath-taking views. There's also a smaller outdoor pool with shaded table areas. Tennis, basketball and volleyball are also available - equipment has to be requested at the front desk. There's also a cute little firepit next to volleyball court <3

Outside of resort: There are a million places to shop, eat, and hang out in the general area, so it's a great place to stay for visitors who want to explore!

All in all, the place was magnificent! I told my boyfriend about it and he and his family actually decided to stay there for a bit. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tour of NH and a good time relaxing at the resort :)

Beautiful views from the pool room and up top where arcade is. Our room was clean and spacious. Slept 6 comfortably. Nice gym and locker room leading into pool area and hottub

Unfortunately, I didn’t take photographs, so the only picture I have is from a screenshot of a video of the room. We had the Deluxe suite, for reference. During our stay, we were nothing but pleased with the resort. From the amazing room to the enormous pool. Upon arrival, the room was clean and looked nice. The kitchen was an excellent size and had plenty of space for the times that we wanted to cook our meals instead of go out. The “master” bedroom was huge, although the bed wasn’t super comfortable. The bathroom attached to that bedroom was also very large and the bath tub/shower was surprisingly roomy. The amenities were also very pleasant. The pool area, especially. We never made it to the outside pool, but the indoor area was very large. The Roman Spa was big, very warm, with lots of jets, and a great depth. The pool was a ideal depth, a slightly cool temperature, had a slide, and had a little “cave” with a water fall. There was also a smaller, likely kids pool that we took advantage of. It was only two feet, perfect for my little kiddo and also had a slide. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

This place was so fun, the apartment was fairly clean and helpful to have a full kitchen. The pool was amazing and very clean and well kept. My kids were so happy! We loved our stay here :) I'm adding additional pictures because we came back again! 😁

Absolutely loved our stay there! The location is perfect and is about a 15 minute walk to Weirs Beach, with sidewalks all the way there. The room was excellent and well appointed. The indoor pool was a highlight for our family. Best of all, the staff was attentive and caring, and took great care of us. COVID protocols were well thought out without being too intrusive to the overall experience. We’ll be back for sure!

Was a very nice getaway. A few days away of just pure relaxation. Room was spacious. Jet tub was magnificent, and the pool and hot tub area was clean, well lit, warm and relaxing. Cannot wait to go back for another quick reality getaway!

Really enjoyed our stay. Huge hot tub with color changing lights was a huge it. Beds were super comfortable. Unit was very clean and roomy for 6 people. Having a washer dryer was excellent, being able to dry all winter gear and bathing suits was great.

We've been going here for my entire life. The Summit has always been the definition of what it feels like to be on vacation to me. Beautiful facilities, including the best indoor pool I've ever been to. A literal stone's throw from Weirs Beach, and a short drive to Funspot and other local attractions. I couldn't recommend the Summit more if I tried.

Great place for our short getaway with the kids. Especially loved the pool with slides. Wife commented that we could live in that room.

An excellent place to stay in this area, whether or not you bring the kids. Seems well run. No view but woods, but everything else: a terrific indoor pool/spa set-up, billiards, fuzball, ping-pong. The suites are spacious, well built and comfortable. Big enough that the kids had a blast playing hide and seek.

We had a great stay. Had a group of 6 units between our party and everyone had a great time. The units were large and well equipped, beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch bed. The walls are very thin, and one member of our group said there were complaints of heavy footsteps. The pool was so fun! Chlorine levels are really high, so a bunch of the kids had itchy eyes from swimming. They enjoyed the water slides and little waterfall alcove. Drinks are served pool side, and there is a room to have pizza or food, just not within the pool area. The front desk help was great and checkin/out was a breeze. A large group of us went snowshoeing, snowshoes provided by the front desk. They had fun, but many of the shoes and poles were broken and some of the kids had to use adult shoes bcz there was only 3 pairs of child size. We are very much looking forward to coming back next year!

Very nice rooms, super clean!!! Pool building is amazing!! Bummed that the hot tub - a Roman Spa - wasn't working for part of our stay and we had one issue with an employee but it was "resolved" and I don't hold that against the place as they took care of it right away in an appropriate manner. Overall a GREAT stay and place to be!!
