Highly recommend. My old computer would not open to Windows to pull my sons newborn pictures. I thought it was a lost cause I was so heartbroken but Digital Cowboys was able to get in and recover my pictures. So grateful

We always have the absolute best experiences in this place! The staff are so knowledgeable and caring. They really take their time to give you the best advice possible. Today, Joey helped my daughter and I. They did not have laptops for sale as we were hoping, and she's going to be a freshman in college, so he took time out of his day to go on to the Hewlett-Packard website and help us order the exact two computers that we would need for absolutely no fee for his time. I have never met a rude person in there. They have helped us through so many computer issues in the past few years. They have definitely earned our forever business. It's not often these days you see companies that aren't out to profit at a customer's expense, and these people are not like that. They take their time and do everything right, even if they're not benefiting from it. Cannot recommend enough!

I went to the store with my desktop computer and a question about a RAM upgrade. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind enough to show me where new RAM would go even though he didn’t have it in stock. He also told me exactly what kind of RAM I’d need for my computer. I left knowing way more than when I entered.
