Knifeenvyoh

I bought a knife envy oh OTF locally at a gun range and it's been great! Works as it should and I thought I got a deal even though I came to find out on their site it's $45 and I paid $70 at the gun range. Oh well live and learn.

I was looking at their site and found a few knives I liked and ordered them for a Christmas present. Order placed 12/17/18, I get no ship notification so I email on the 24th and get a response they had a large load for the holiday and it would be shipping on Friday the 30th. I email back January 12 asking for an update since I've not gotten anything or a ship notification. No response. I email again, Jan 20th, no response. I give it a few more days and I email back Jan 26th asking for a refund. I get a response within 15min saying they will refund me the following day. I waited over a month and never receive my order or updates about my order. It's the day after the following day and I have yet to get a refund or anything either. I understand this is likely a single person shop and not big business. But just clear concise communication would be nice. It's not hard to respond to email. I hate leaving negative reviews like this but I will not be ordering from here again. It's a shame cause their prices are decent and selection is nice. Hopefully other customers have better experience then I.

I had ordered a knife on January 21, 2019 from their website. On 2 occasions he has told me that the item has shipped. As of today, the item has not arrived (2/7/19). He often doesn't return e-mails, no tracking number has ever been provided and his voicemail is full. Very strange behavior for a business.
Note: asked for a refund which he was able to do.

Want to give NEGATIVE STARS, but had to list 1 to post. Never received products or refund, after 6 months of emails, promises and lies. Do not buy from this business. They stole our your money and not give us nothing but empty promises.

They hijacked my apple ID somehow and tried ordering I phones. I looked up the order address and this is how I got here. POS
