Great place! Very delicious and tasty new drink green mocha with lavender. This is drink just super 👍. I tried and ordered it in first time 🕰 on Thursday March 14, 2024.. our Family Day..:), at around 7pm.

Friendly, clean, and buoyant ‘sbucks with a community vibe smack dab in downtown Somerville. Roomy with nice natural light for lingering. Personable staff with a human touch. Fun board filled with pictures of locals. Coffee strong as heck as with ‘em all.

My friend accidentally ordered on the app at the wrong location. I was on the phone with my friend asking her what location did she order the coffees from? The Starbucks employee Alahandra overheard me and said if I show her the order for the wrong location she would make me the drinks. That was so kind and helpful so I didn’t have to drive to the other location. Excellent customer service everytime I go in this location but this was above and beyond. Somerville location is the best! Thank you Alahandra!

The staff here are so kind!! I came in for the promotion today and my coffee was my “one good thing” i was doing for myself for the day. I dropped it right after i left the store and my heart broke a little 😢

but i called and asked if I’d be able to get another drink with the promo, and instead they replaced it!! The manager is kind and so hospitable, it really turned my day around!!!

I usually save Starbucks for a rainy day treat, but I’m going to make more of an effort to stop by, especially this location alone! Thankyou!!

Cute little Starbucks. I was getting a box of coffee for a party at work and since I don't drink coffee or typically go to Starbucks I was pretty out of my element. The lovely barista was so helpful, I wish I could remember her name. It was a great experience!

One of my favorite Starbucks, no matter which one I go to. The one in Bridgewater Village: 👍👍👍👍, but the this one in Somerville 👍👍👍👍👍the good thing about that Starbucks is its much closer to where I live for only 5 minutes.

Had my birthday lunch here today. Thank you for adding the Red Velvet cake! It will be part of my daily snack as long as you have it available!

Every time I visit this location, the staff are always so incredibly kind and upbeat. They take my order and have me in and out in no time. I am always on the go and traveling across NJ for long stretches of time, and stopping by this location has been perfect every time. Even if the line is super long, they get us all handled and served exceptionally fast. I try to tip every time so they know how much I appreciate it.

To be honest, even if I know another coffee shop may be closer on my route, I will go out of my way to stop here because other places will either mess up my order or be downright rude.

The staff here are honestly super sweet and I hope they continue to brighten everyone's day. Thank you.

We love going to Somerville and Bedminster locations. The employees are so very accommodating when asking for special coffees, etc. Their friendliness is so amazing and managers are the best. We have established a great bond with so many of the baresters.
They can be crazy busy, yet always put on a smile and greet you.

The best Starbucks I've ever been to by far!!! The interior design is exceptional all the time, especially during the holiday seasons, and is a heartwarming spot for a chit-chat with friends! The staff is always cheerful as well. The manager, Nicole, exudes diligence, charisma, and lots of love in making her Starbucks the BEST in the state!!! Be sure to stop by :)

I said our order name as “Among Us” and they said it with a straight face! Food was amazing and service was incredible!

I come here all the time when I need a pick-me up before my shift at the nearby Hospital. The baristas are extremely nice and accurately get your order right each time you order here. Shoutout to Joel for dealing with all the crazy drinks I order! The true MVP of Starbucks.

We’ve been a Starbucks customer since the early ‘90’s. This is the best run, most friendly, customer and community oriented Starbucks we’ve had the pleasure of visiting. We’ve lived in Seattle, Portland, Dan Diego, Toronto, Vancouver BC and now Jersey! They do it the best!!!!

Love the atmosphere here. The drunk I ordered was made to perfection. Absolutely no complaints, I would recommend them to anyone. Their Banana Nut cake, warmed, is great

The staff is fast and always has a smile. The people who come are drawn to each other. It's the perfect place to stay and interact with your neighbors. Music is great too. What impressed me was how the children was given water not coffee. They're as much apart of the Starbucks experience as they do homework. Only a company who cares would've thought of the Starbucks youth. Thanks I love the opportunity to stop in anytime I can.

Always fresh and reliable coffee

Overall I've experienced an incredibly sweet, caring staff. I got an iced coffee walked two steps outside and it slipped out of my hands. It was absolutely hilarious. After, one really kind barista came outside and politely asked me to come back in for another one.

Quick and friendly service. Great place to sit with friends or a date (or ask for one to a fellow patron as I've seen) for a chat and drink. Would not recommend coming here at night or some afternoons during fall/spring semester to study or do homework as the place gets busy and the blending machines don't stop despite that I see many people doing just that, even with noise cancelling headphones as I've used and it's still too much.

However, on a summer afternoon on a weekday perfect place to read without to much distraction or total silence.

Take advantage of feeding your caffeine addiction here as you get free refills of Pike (regular cup of Joe) coffee after your initial order as long as you stay IF you're a rewards member...totally worth it if your come here often anyway

I like to avoid peak times here and while I enjoy the curise nights right outside on Friday nights I completely avoid Starbucks due to the HUGE crowds in line and around the place

First time here but it’s going to be my favorite. Staff is super friendly and personable. They have a great selection and the coffee is very well made. Very cool lighting, even compared to other Starbucks haha. I love the atmosphere and the layout as well. Hey the salted caramel mocha frap!! Highly recommended!!

Ordered on the app for a venti strawberry açai refresher and venti oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso. My boyfriend picked it up and the coffee wasn’t ready but she made it. When I got the drink, it tasted mainly of milk and I could not taste any espresso. I was not upset but I wasn’t planning on drinking milk this morning so I decided to go back in to see what they could do for me. They offered to remake the drink, but I said it’s ok and they could just add one more shot of espresso. They were kind enough to add the shot of espresso to my milk. 😆.
