Clean facilities with new machines. The management changed in the last year or so or so and since then it's been operating more efficiently. They also have a wash/fold service.

Clean and the gentleman at the counter was very helpful. They have the largest washers and driers I have seen so far perfect for my king size comforter

The best laundry mat ever. I used Boonton Laundry Mat for years, but the one here in Parsippany is THE BEST!!

Always clean, the machines work, and you can do every bit of laundry in no time!

One time, a quarter must have got stuck and I was short (I always count my coins after I insert bills.). I let the attendant know, and she was so kind to pass me a quarter... What she did was worth more money than I could imagine. Just for the fact that it was OK, and it doesn't feel like hell on earth to say something. That trust in your customer base is worth more money than all the quarters in the world. 😆😀❤

I’ve been doing my laundry here for almost two years and feel so lucky that this is my laundromat. Always very clean, I’ve never had someone remove my clothes from the machine, and I have never seen all washing machines or dryers occupied at once. A very friendly, safe atmosphere.

Clean, friendly, staffed, quarter operated with change machine. I believe all sized machines. Seats and TVs. Quick Check in same strip mall.

Today's experience at The "Laundry" was just fantastic. I mean those brand new LG high efficiency washers are nice. The ones made by wascomat are nice too. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of them. I forgot to. It's nice and big inside, the prices aren't actually as bad as people say it is. The high efficiency washers look like house washers, so it isn't for a small load, but rather for a larger load. The price for the LG is $4.25, which isn't expensive for a washer like that. It does the same thing a house washer would do. The LG washers have a song that it plays when the cycle is done, just like the ones at Best Buy or Lowe's or anywhere else you can purchase a washer and dryer. They have a soap machine where you can purchase different solids, powders to put in the washing machine. There is also a machine to purchase laundry bags, in case you wanna have a better laundry bag than the average person has (those same laundry bags that are seen all the time). So if you wanna buy a machine washable laundry bag, this laundromat does offer those in a machine. I forgot how much they are. Another thing is, those different soaps are $0.75 from the machine. At the front desk, you can also purchase detergent and fabric softener as supposed to getting it from the store, in case for whatever reason, you forgot your detergent and didn't realize it until you got to the laundromat. Everything is there for you, so it's a pretty nice Laundromat and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Came here Tusday night 9P.M. the place was clean and comfortable. The machines were clean and my items cane out perfect. Their was a very nice lady working their who was very pleasant. She was very helpful and a credit to the business.

I have switched my laundromat from Boonton to here. Staff is friendly, and prices are cheaper than my last laundromat. They Have twice as many dryers as washers, which is a great idea and good use of space.

Very good and clean space. Machine works very good. Staff lady is also good. Open Wi-Fi and unisex restroom. Good laundry.
