Wash & Fold service was great! All my clothes was folded neatly and stacked properly. All I had to do was remove and put away! I will 100% be using this service again.

When we moved to this area not too long ago, we needed to find a laundromat since our condo’s communal W/D smelled moldy. Thanks god for this local place! From day 1, we had the owner and the attendees always eagerly help us, from opening the door, to answering our noob laundry questions. The owner is so kind and patient. In fact, all the attendees have been so far, and very proactive as well. The lady with the orange/red hair and the caucasian man who isn’t the owner, really have shown us much attentiveness and help (even though we didn’t ask) every time we do our laundry - which has now been once every week.

The parking space is ample, and they always have something cool to watch on their tvs. In fact we got hooked to the HGTV channel they often have in the back tv. :)

I’ve read the bad reviews and I just think they are so silly. 1) it’s common sense not to touch other people’s clothes and wait for the attendees to take action, to their availability. If you’re running late then that is on you for not timing properly - this is a public laundromat. We schedule our laundromat time accordingly and make sure we go when it isn’t too busy, but if we arrive and it’s packed and there’s a wait, no way would we ever feel entitled to take someone else’s clothes to jam ours in. 2) it’s common sense to make sure either you don’t leave the laundromat while your clothes are there OR like the 2023 word we live in, set a timer on your phone 5 mins before your clothes are done so you arrive on time - we have never been to a laundromat before, but we have been doing a timer since day 1 without even being told about the rule of clothes being taken out by attendees of they see fit.

The lady at the counter today named Naomi was extremely helpful. This was my first time in a laundromat for I have always done laundry at home, however, recently our washer broke. She helped me with EVERYTHING! She was extremely busy and still remained helpful, friendly, and smiled! Thank you so much Naomi!!

All I have to say is "wow". Been a very long time since I had to use a laundromat and was kinda nervous but omg ms. Naomi behind the counter was so nice. Walked us through the process and handled everything for us while single handed running the whole place. Impressive to say the least. Clean fresh bright. 10 out of 10 as far as laundromats go especially for the customer service. Thanks again naomi!

I enjoy the Baldwin laundry matt. The machines and card services are kept well and the workers are kind. Yes sometimes they come off stressed but it’s really them trying to maintain order and look out for everyone. So often entitled customers get upset for their own misbehaviors and their own bad choices. This laundry matt is dedicated to the town of parsippany and overall gives good care. The wash and dry service is good and my laundry smells so nice and folded great when I am running tight on time and need their help. Naomi is a delight and does a good job warching over the entire laundry matt maintaining machines the wash and fold customers etc. I don’t know the other woman who appears a little bit older but she is sweet and does a good job as well. I recommend this place and if you need laundry go there.

This laundromat has clean and well-maintained machines (4 sizes of washers). The folding area by the dryers is also clean, and there are chairs available so you can sit and wait. Your wash will be finished in less than 25 minutes. As of writing, drying is 39¢/10’.

I recently started using this Laundromat and I am very impressed with it. The entire place is very clean and well maintained. The machines and dryers and very clean as well and modern. The machines have multiple settings and options. The clothes are well washed and they have plenty of dryers. I have never seen a place run so well. Also the the machines use a prepaid card and if you add $20 to it they bonus you an extra $2.00 which is terrific. Whoever owns this place is a smart businessman because they really know how to run this place. I highly recommend.

The Customer service was great. The attendent on duty was very helpful since I had never done my Laundry there before that day. She showed me the price of the different machines as well as how to get a payment card from the machine. I gave her 5 stars. The laundry mat was also very clean and spacious.

Any bad review on here is just someone whose miserable and bored looking for something to do. This place checks off all the boxes for a well operated laundromat:
- Friendly staff and great customer service
- ITS CLEAN!!!
- Machines operate well.

Only piece of feedback is that the hours of operation may not have been updated on google. However, 5 stars from me.

I have visited this laundromat weekly for the past month, typically on the weekend, and have been very pleased. Plenty of machines including oversized which I use for large blankets and comforters. The attendant that is always there is very nice and friendly with customers. Free WiFi and restroom is available. If you can, I recommend going later in the evening to avoid the rush.

Great place to get your laundry done. Also they have a drop off services that we used. Great customer service..
