Joey and Chuck have done an excellent job fixing my water problems in the kitchen and the shower. They were very courteous and professional. Joey explained the process and possible costs up front to make sure they are no surprises. I was anticipating a second trip in case they can't fix the issues in the reasonable time frame but they were quick to address the problems and got everything done very efficiently. I can't thank them enough.

Dylan and Paul did an excellent job installing my new boiler. I had a few estimates done prior to choosing them and most companies were commensurate with each other. One company was actually considerably less and when I called and spoke to Dylan and asked him why he explained everything he would be doing and all the stuff the other company wasn’t including in the estimate they gave. In the end, very happy with the result and will be using them if I need anything done in the future.

Very easy to make the appointment and good communication via text and e-mail. Technician called me before arriving and arriving within the appointment window. Did a great job completing the repairs. Overall, I'm very happy with the service.

The team arrived exactly when they said they would. They explained to us the steps as the job progressed and they cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Hello future customers of Next Gen Heating & Plumbing. Just to be clear i rarely share reviews for contractors for various reasons.
But in this case i'll share this with you. I would like to thank Dylan D'Amato & his associate Joey Petrillo for doing a wonderful job replacing our old inefficient heating & water system with a more AFUE 96% efficient system. We received other estimates from 3 other contractors and his came in at a reasonable cost. Next Gen showed up on time, was respectful of our home and completed the demo & installation in two days making sure everything was working properly (Combustion Test).

I would also like to mention how passionate & proud Dylan is of his work which he takes very seriously.
Next Gen will be back at our home to complete another project soon. I would only hope that Next Gen heating & Plumbing will continue to serve their customers with consistency and i wish Next Gen Heating & Plumbing much success.

They showed up. Time was taken to explain why and how the work will be done in a way I can easily understand. Communication is big for me because of how busy I get. Stephen did great work. Brianna was very helpful over the phone.

It seems many other plumbing companies have changed to a ridiculous practice of overcharging and overselling unnecessary services. Stephen is a honest guy who double checked his work and did a great job. I will be using Nextgen for all plumbing work going forward.

This is my second time using Nextgen because they did such a great job the first time for a different issue, I purchased their service plan and Steven was very professional so polite, explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. I found this company doing a google search and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend them!

Another update I had to use them again, one part of my maintenance plan AC and some plumbing issues. As always they provide great service, so efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Their quotes are always so reasonable, which is why I continue to use this company. I told them we're family now..lol They come highly recommended.

Excellent service and communication. They were honest about our needs and did not nickel and dime. There was a problem that persisted after Paul's first visit, but only because he didn't want me to pay for an extra component unless it was necessary. Turned out it was, and Paul came back to installed it and now my boiler is running great! Will use them again in the future.

Joey and Chuck were fabulous. Great work and craftsmanship. They cleaned up during and after. We did a new vanity, sink and toilet and would definitely recommend them and Nextgen.

Liked the totally professional, courteous interaction and service. Foster and Steven were awesome. Steven went out of his way to explain to me and correct a few issues on our filtration system, something that was not within the scope of the project.

What I didn’t like is their pricing. While I did not shop around as I could not, their quote might make some people shop around before taking on a non urgent project.

Service was fast. Very friendly and reliable. The only thing bad about this experience was that I felt so incredibly bad for not having any cash on me to give these kind young men a tip. They were so kind and reassured me when my water heater leaked that everything would be ok. Btw…. I have a dog, Marty 🐶, and they were great with him! Love seeing a contractor who loves our friendly 4 legged friends as much as we do. Fantastic service all around.

nextgen plumbing, heating & cooling did a full HVAC replacement in our home. From start to finish everything exceeded expectations! Their workmanship was outstanding, they were fairly priced and our family is now comfortable. Thank you! We highly recommend nextgen to our friends and family!

Nextgen just did the Shower Pan Liner and all New Diverter valves for our master bathroom. Work was clean and professional which is why we keep using them.

Used Nextgen to install a Tankless Water Heater. We had a 50Gallon Powervent and moved to this unit. Dylan was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. We now have endless hot water and don't have to worry about using the whirlpool tub and not having enough hot water. As you can see the install was very clean. The crew made sure to put down drop clothes to protect all floors. They cleaned everything up before they left. They will be my go to Plumber moving forward.

Dylan and crew did a great job removing cast iron sewer lines and replacing it with PVC in our home in Middlesex. Job was done professionally and cleanly.
