Ashley Store

About a month or so ago my husband and I stopped by this store a couple times to shop for a new couch. All the employees were friendly and willing to help. Chris especially made it an easy process when it came to purchasing the couch we chose. The couch was delivered and it’s was exactly what we needed for our new house. Over the past month, it’s proven to be great quality and very easy to clean when needed! (Huge plus with pets!). Very pleased with the product!

My wife and I purchased furniture at the Ashley home store.David was our salesman.We were very indecisive and we're in the store, Multiple times for multiple hours.Dave was very patient-friendly and fun to work with. ended up getting exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed Dave thoroughly. Recommend him as a salesman looking for something? ask for david!

We stopped in to look at sectionals and mattresses. Chris was so helpful with everything. We ended up purchasing both that same night and walked out of the store feeling very confident with our purchase. Chris is definitely knowledgeable and he made the whole experience fun.

Me and my fiancé were looking for a new couch and we were lucky enough to get paired up with Sheridan, not only did he make us feel confident in our purchase but provided knowledgeable and amazing service as well. On top of that our furniture is arriving sooner than we had planned! Amazing experience overall!

We were looking for a sectional couch and started at a different store in Janesville. Not finding what we wanted, we went to Ashley - David was super helpful and took the time to make sure we purchased exactly what worked for us. The furniture was delivered a week ahead of schedule- great experience start to finish!

Denice was wonderful at Ashley Janesville. She made the furniture buying process easy and very informative. My partner and I left with our dream living room furniture scheduled for delivery next week, we are so excited! Definitely going to be shopping with Ashley Furniture for many years to come!

Went in today needing a new couch and stools. Maria was AWESOME. Great personality and made buying an expensive item stress free and easy. Will definitely be going back!

Had the greatest experience at this location! I had a different kind of situation and Dustin the salesman that worked with me was amazing. He listened to what it was I needed and didn’t push anything that I didn’t say I was looking for. Very personable and efficient; I actually live in the Green Bay Area which is about two hours north from here, and due to the great hospitality and experience that I was provided with. I will now, no questions asked continue to go through Dustin for any future furniture needs etc.. Thank you Dustin for being so great and thank you to this Ashley's location for having such a great team and team members!

Chris Sheridan did an amazing job! I went everywhere is Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois and by far Ashley in Janesville had the best selection and I was given the best care. Thank you for everything. I can’t wait to sit back and recline on my new sofa!

Tony G. was extremely helpful at ordering a piece of furniture for us that we had found online. He was able to show us a very similar piece of furniture so that helped us make our decision. He was very efficient and not pushy. We really appreciated his help and recommend him to anyone looking for furniture.

First time ever at Ashley Homestore. I am blown away. I was greeted upon stepping into the store. I was handed a flyer for a 4 day liquidation sale. Me being curious, I went to check up on things that just caught my eye. Natasha is awesome! She's very friendly and cheerful. Not once did I feel a sense of pressure to buy anything. It just came naturally. She helped me through financing and stuck with me till the end. She is very well informed on all the services and incentives Ashley has to offer. Natasha will definitely be my go to for future purchases. I cannot thank her enough. I hope she sees this. She deserves praise after a job well done.

Mary-Kate was one of the best sales associates I have ever worked with in any situation of purchasing something new. She was willing to go above and beyond to work with us via phone to work out details of our purchase. Aside from that, Mary-Kate and the store manager worked to make us happy with the promotions we could receive and provided insightful information about the protection plan, which we ended up deciding to add to our purchase! We will be referring all of our friends and family to this location of Ashley Furniture, specifically to Mary-Kate if possible. It was so refreshing to work with a sales associate that was personable, relatable, and genuinely concerned about the best choices for our little family.

We were looking for a very specific piece of furniture on very short notice. We called, and Chris Sheridan was very responsive. He worked with us via text message to ensure he had what we needed. He then made arrangements for same day pickup on a Sunday. We went to the store and we were greeted and directed immediately to Chris. The transaction was quick and painless, and they met our needs. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would recommend.

We were greeted by Mary-Kate when we walked in looking very festive in her Santa hat!! She was so much fun to work with has we hunted for the prefect recliners for both my husband and myself. We got to talking about mattresses, so we ended up doing a mattress fitting/test. It was a good thing we had Mary-Kate working with us. She was so helpful and answered all of my crazy questions. So we went in looking for recliners and came out with a mattress too.....So hopefully now I will finally be able to get the sleep I need all thanks to Mary-Kate at the Janesville WI location!!
