Called Joe for one of my Friends who was having a problem clogged kitchen sink. Explained her situation and Joe made time to come right over on his way to next appointment. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very friendly. I recommend a lot of businesses to my clients being i am a Realtor and I will put Joe at the top of my list. Highly recommend.

I had a toilet that was not flushing and I called Joe last night around 7 PM and left a message. He called me back within seconds and he was so extremely friendly. His son came out in the morning and was able to fix our problem. He was also extremely friendly. The dispatch app they use is so helpful as it shows you when they are on their way so you can make sure that you’re ready for them. I highly highly recommend them.

Joe and his son were very professional and friendly. They actually showed up earlier than expected. They completed the work in a very efficient manner and that is extremely important when you are dealing with a clogged sewer line. First recommended to Aim To Drain by a local plumber in 2017, and like then Joe was very responsive, professional and complete with the job now in 2021. The old sewer line needed tree roots cleared and performed a camera inspection to make sure the integrity of the pipe was not severely compromised. Called Joe on President's Day to see if can clear a drain that was backing up into kitchen sink. Joe did not hesitate and he and his son showed up on schedule, carefully accessed the situation and quickly determined the root cause of my plumbing issue. Unfortunately the problem was much bigger and beyond their scope of work. Joe did not charge me for the service call as well as recommended another plumbing contractor who should be able to rectify my plumbing issue. Joe is the consummate professional and I would not hesitate to recommend his services. This world needs more folks like Joe!!

Joe came out twice to snake some very long drains and also again to perform a video inspection. I can't stress enough how professional he is and the attention to detail of the work he does. I called Aim to Drain on New Years Day about our kitchen sink being clogged and unusable. Joe was willing to come by that day but as it was a holiday and not an emergency, we agreed that 1/2 would be great.

I was kept informed via text to confirm a window (a reasonable 2 hour window) and then several texts w updates so I knew we were still on track.

Drain was cleared in less than an hour and it's working perfectly.

Over the last 35 years, several plumbers/drain specialists have tried to clear a tub drain in our 80 year old house. But the drain was always still slow. And recently was starting to back up. Aim to Drain was the only one who was successful!!! Joe even fixed the drain “pop up”, which another plumber had broken. Now the tub drains with a “whirlpool”........which we have NEVER had. He was also very careful with our reglazed tub......not a nick or scratch. Very professional, on time and neat.

Showed up when they said, charged us what they estimated over the phone, worked efficiently and quietly to resolve our issues, no hard sell or scare tactics, and overall pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend. If any other issues come up (knock on wood) we would use them again.
