The only thing that I don't like about the store is the fact that the space at the cash registers is extremely narrow, you can barely fit your shopping cart

Had a really great experience here. Went in to grab essentials after a recent storm. Though some of the power was out, the staff was doing an excellent job keeping the customers safe while shopping. They were doing a thorough deep clean of any of the refrigerated items and ensuring food safety and quality.

Clean store. Set up a little different from other Shop Rites. Wife needed her prescription refilled and had no problem having it transferred from our regular Shop Rite to here. Very friendly staff. If this helps please hit the like button below. Thanx

Shoprite is a great place where you can always find a good deal on your favorite food and drink.

Walking in here was a blast from the past. But that is what's keeping its charm. It has a very diverse and helpfull staff as well. The meats seem to be fresh along with the fruits. Cashiers are friendly. Most people put back their carts here unlike the Marlboro location.

As super markets go, this one is VERY good both price and quality wise. Their BAKERY AND FLOWER SHOP ARE THE BEST IN THE AREA. If you love Italian pastry, they’re better than most Monmouth County bakeries.

Fried chicken and ribs. Hot and fresh. Great price too! Dont forget the blueberry pie.

I love this store. It's very convenient for me. I just recently transferred all my prescriptions here because I love the pharmacy staff!!! The pharmacist is really nice and helpful. They always have everything I need and that's saying somethings because a I have a lot of specialty scripts and they make sure they are in stock every month on time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Traveling in our RV means we have to find a new place to shop and try to figure out how it’s laid out. Jackpot today as this Shoprite is huge, clean, well stocked and fair prices. Annette was our cashier and so pleasant, helpful and I wish I had her at every new store keep it up!! Wish we had one near us in Arizona!

I’m giving my experience a 5 star because I got everything I was looking for and got so much help from a lovely kind young lady named Kaylee. She is in training but she was a big help! She helped me bag my items as well and was so respectful towards me.

Grew up in Freehold. Moved out of State haven't been in ShopRite in a long time over a decade I would say. The store could stand a little updating expanding however the Associates in the store awesome. One in particular, the guy that works in the deli the middle-aged black man. I have to describe I didn't get his name. He is awesome. Interacted with the customers with enthusiasm, very inviting and friendly. He's a keeper shot right

The cashiers are a lovely bunch Marybeth, handled my order with such care and kindness.

Wrapped one of my items n a extra bag to ensure it wouldn't leak. Be sure to complement her.

This is my neighborhood #1 shopping place FOR YEARS !!! I've seen some people have some not so nice things to say. Those people to me are carrying a chip on their shoulder and not being fair where fair is due. Anyone is willing to be helpful. Check stock in the back if they are out on the shelf, Give direction, always cleaning , and staff is always a moment away. You guys will ALWAYS get my vote !!! BTW KUDOS to the FLOWER DEPT. !!!!!

I always get help when looking for something I can't find with friendly attitudes. All employees in various departments are nice and kind. It is a pleasure to shop in this store. Prices are good, all food items are fresh and good always!😀 If after weekly shopping I still have to run in for a few extra items I can get out quickly on either express Isle or self-checkout. Having worked in retail myself, I am able to judge a good store all around!

Our favorite supermarket!ShopRite of Freehold's employees are the best! They are very friendly and always helpful.
Just a small example of the great customer service here, my husband and I could not find a frozen pizza which I had a coupon for. I asked a gentleman who was putting miscellaneous items back on the shelves for help. In a few minutes he came back with a selection of the pizzas. This is not an unusual experience, but how this store typically treats customers. ShopRite also has good selection, prices and great coupons.

Had a great experience today. I was in the meat Dept. I was looking for the Chuck steak that was on sale. There was young man putting out the stock in their refrigerator I asked him if there were more in the back because the
2 out were too small. He offered to go in the back and check for more. He did so and came back with more to choose from. I didn't get his name . But thank you. I have shopped there for over 25 years so thank you for your great customer service.

Shop-Rite has the best selection of groceries and best produce of the grocery stores in the area. It's not the cheapest - that's Walmart, but if I shop carefully using the sales, I can do very well there. The employees are amazing, helping to find items, giving rain checks and being all-around pleasant people. It would be great if the aisles were a little wider, but I mainly shop there after 9pm so that I'm not overwhelmed by the crowds (it's a very popular store).

We shopped almost at closing time, the elder lady at the self checkouts was most helpful and nice... wish more employees were like her...! 😃
