I brought my pickup truck to Bob Nagys body shop because a friend had his antique car painted black there and it came out beutiful. And notice he owned a black mustang and also looked beutiful that's when I decided to take my vehicle there, I'm told that black is a hard color to spray and and match,but he nailed it. Looks great and i will spread the word.Thanks again !

Bob Nagy worked on repairing a fold in the driver side door of my Audi S5 which was damaged by a U-Haul truck running-board.
Work was quoted quickly, and repair to the two-stage opalescent paint was completed 1 day earlier than expected.
Looks great!

Bob's the best. Did a bike & a car for me. Beautiful work, good service, fair price.

Great workmanship and customer service

Not honest, sub-par work, a hassle to talk with Bob.
Used them many years ago, did a good job then.
February 2015, I had deer damage to the bumper and passenger panel. They fixed it plus new headlight and it seemed good.
But when spring came, I noticed a big rusty slash in the passenger door --- deer hoof. Liberty Mutual also pointed out rust spots on the front fender, but said they had already paid Bob for that. I confronted Bob who said he was not responsible for what an insurance adjuster wrote and denied he spoke to the adjuster, which Liberty Mutual tells me is standard practice.
In the end, I'm out a couple hundred, and pissed that Bob's work is actually sub-par --- another repair shop pointe out how the front hood pinches. Bob's answer was: you can't expect that to be perfect.
I think it's time for Bob to retire.

I was told that I will have my estimate the next day. Turns out 4 days passed, and bob never call or emailed me. It's such a hassle getting to talk to bob. I just took my business to A&J body shop and got an estimate in 30 mins. Great guys over at A&j. Naggys is going to go bankrupt because bob isn't keeping up with his new clients. You don't want business bob, then stop doing it.

I can't even begin on how awful this shop treated and disrespected my car.don't even think of bringing your car or truck here, I'm going to be as honest and fair as I can and always give someone the opportunity to correct and fix the problem.my car is a American classic Chevy and knowing this you would think that it would be treated with a little respect,apparently not so.it went in for some miner repairs,when I stopped by to check up,I couldn't believe what I saw,they threw all the exterior parts with grease and grime and dirt right on and in the interior total disregard for people's property.the punk smart ass sprayer kid drove my car across the street completely carelessly and reckless almost bottoming out the car,completely unprofessional,negligent and irresponsible , to find a problem with my brakes,and to find out the kid was so hard and abused the brakes he broke a spring UNBELIEVABLE!. NO WAIT IT GETS BETTER, after putting the tire back on,I was so disgusted at this point I wanted to get my car the he'll out of there,I left to drive home,about 1/2 mile up the street my tire falls off!!!!!!,almost causing a accident and does severe damage to the wheelwell,to which Bob didn't even want to deal with, he offered to fix it, NO WAY AFTER THE WAY MY CAR GOT TREATED!, THANKS BUT NO THANKS. if you have employees that work for you have no regard for hard working people's property and act in a unprofessional manner, I agree with the other reviewer, time to hang it BOB.you think with someone who advertises classic car's,that they would treat them the same way apparently not,what a shame.

Bob is a cheater and a rude man. Do not go there.

All he did was replace the bumper and charged my insurance company $1,700. He claimed so many labor hours for something a professional can do in 2 hours.

Also he did not complete the job at agreed time.

Worst autobody shop in town brought my beautiful 550 Mercedes there & those hillbillies did 75% of the work needed & refused to finish (literally repaint) 🤣 I still paid well over asking price including tip peon.
