This is my second attempt to leave a positive review for this store itself with specifically a very professional special pharmacy tech named Kianeshia Freeman, and two store managers, Appolonia and Patrickia, who I had called back immediately to compliment Kianeshia Freeman to and about, also to find that both of the managers on this evening January 12th 2024, we're also both very professional and accommodating in telling me where I can leave positive reviews if I wanted to, or go further than just the store as well as higher up in Walgreens to corporate if I so desired. I will be doing several additional positive reviews when I pick the meds up as I need a receipt # to complimentthis incident to corporate. These crucial medications for emotional stability and daily focusing and functioning, were in question all day today and into the late night, because we could not reach all day and night by office or by emergency number, our Dr., regarding refills that we were out of before the weekend even began and they were medications that involved our psychiatric performance and daily living. Somehow they must have reached him from Walgreens and explained the severity of the scenario we were facing that he must not have been reading or receiving messages from my husband left on voicemails and texts to both office and emergency numbers.

Because after the 20 minutes that Kianeshia spent on the phone with me truly truly concerned with my health and my husband's then after speaking to the two store managers Appollonia and Patrickia, husband received a one word text back from the doctor after 9 hours trying to reach ANYONE at his office, on my husband's phone and that was the word "DONE".

Thank you Walgreens especially Kianeshia with mgrs Appolonia and Patrickia backing her up, if all continues to go well we will have our medication first thing in the 🌄 morning fingers crossed probably thanks to you guys at Walgreens.

The staff is very helpful. At the pharmacy, I was told about a coupon that saved me over $100 on a single prescription. At checkout the cashier also scanned the circular to make sure I received all my discounts. The online coupons on the website are great for saving money also. If you are trying to stretch your family's budget, this is the pharmacy for you.

I have been to this Walgreens store three times for my prescriptions. The staff is very cordial and gave my prescriptions in time. They have corrected my personnel details in no time. The service is pretty quick. The store looks very clean and decent.

Serivice is one of the best. Staff very friendly. Also there is this woman called: shobha. very friendly with my family and always asks how we are. i hope she gets a bonus or something becuase in they 5 years i have gone to the store none has treated me like that.

Fantastic store! Druggists here ought to get a raise! They helped me so much! Such a nice and caring staff!

The pharmacy manager here is the best. She's gone out of her way to give me advice on both prescription and otc meds several times. When doctors have prescribed me meds that insurance doesn't cover she's come up with solutions to get me alternatives, rx company discounts, etc. No other pharmacy has ever come close to being so thorough. She is a valuable asset to your company!

Best convenience store/pharmacy in the best town in the world. Man I miss living and working in Edison so much. I hope people that get to be here don't take it for granted... I need to literally walk Miles if I want a little taste of Edison. Hopefully they will rent out a car to me again one day or let me work at one of their hotels or bars I would be so happy

Great store , great customer service always making sure to get what the customers need especially during this time we are going through - The Manager there she is just amazing , she is kind always full of joy just brings a different vibe to the place - she makes sure all the customers are taken care, she has great people skills, I go there on a day to day basis but keep up the good work Stay Safe

They are helpful, informative with prescription discounts, explain about how and when to take medications, call doctors when needed. Always very pleasant.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone smiles and greets you and tries to help you. Old fashioned customer service. Loved it.
