I had the good fortune of being referred to Jackie many years ago by a friend. (Thank you friend!). I was fed up feeling ripped off each time I left my car at a dealership for service. I have never had that feeling with Skillenders. Jackie always lets me know what’s needed UP FRONT, has ALWAYS been FAIR and more importantly HONEST. My family and a number of friends now use Skillenders, and I’ll remain a customer as long as Jackie is there. GREAT TEAM ALSO!

Had a great experience at Skillenders. Being a female who does not know much about cars, I never know if I'm being taken advantage of or not. Jackie was upfront with me and gave me a clear understanding of what was going on with my car vs. what needed to be done. She gave helpful advice & overall just made what is normally a stressful experience, very smooth and easy. Grateful for the service & will be back. Will be recommending to friends & family also.

Took a car in to do a pre purchase inspection. They squeezed me in last minute. Prevented me from buying a car with numerous problems. Jacki is freaking hilarious and helpful and her no nonsense approach to ensuring her customers are taken care of was great. The technician was courteous and thorough, will absolutely use again!

Today was my first time at Skillender's.... I needed back brakes and rotors and also an oil change. Jackie the owner fit me in and made sure my car was serviced by the end of the day even though they were swamped. Thank you Jackie! My car is running good and the brakes feel great. I found a new home for all my car needs, and will gladly reccommend Skillenders to all who need there car serviced. Nice people, great service!

Jackie has saved us and our cars more times than I can count. Since the first time we brought our cars to her I haven't been able to imagine letting anyone else touch them. Everyone at Skillender's will be totally real and honest with you. It's such a relief to find a shop that doesn't try to rip you off or try to upsell you!

Everyone there is very knowledgeable and honest. I take my entire family's cars there! We had had simple things like a light bulb change all the way to an engine. Great people and honesty goes a long way.

Jacki is great and honest. My car broke down on the side of the road. I had it towed to Skillenders and Jacki had me back up and running in less than one day. It needed a new alternator. I asked her to replace the tensioner pulley while she had the car apart since the car had so many miles (272000) on it and it had never been done. She talked me out of it saying the car didn't need it. Who does that? i trust her opinion but she could have just as easily made extra money off of me but didn't. Definitely going back when the old car needs more work.

Reliable, honest, fair mechanic. We drive an hour to use this shop because we know we will never be mislead or overcharged by Jackie or her crew. Incredible business.
