Favorite place since I was a kid. Their ground beef flavor is AMAZING! Family owned and operated, and the sweetest people you will ever know. That salsa is the BEST I’ve ever found, and you can order it with chips to bring home - sweet and then a nice kick! LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great find. Everything was delish, very fresh !!!! Service was fast but not at all rushed. Theres an apple chimichanga dessert that was AMAZING. grilled chicken and veggies great as well. As was sangria!!!! We wemt after skiing at hunter ;) perfect

Excellent food and wonderful service. Tres enchiladas and soft shell beef tacos were flavorful, hot and delicious. Very clean place with ample space. A lot of parking, nice decorations. Personalized service.

Been here many times and the food is always delicious! The soft tacos are so dang delicious! The chips and salsa are the best chips and salsa I ever had! Great place to go get Mexican food!

First visit.
After a challenging hike, we stopped at El Rancho to pick up a late lunch. We ordered the chimichanga combo, a steak burrito, and a shredded meat enchilada; we were all pleased with our food. Portions are plentiful, dishes were complemented with nice fixings - rice, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream.

Great service. They make you feel like family. Large space for large parties. Outdoor porch for sunset dining. Guacamole is wonderful and they make their own tortillas! The churros are a must. Sooooo yummy! I recalled enjoyed our meal and experience here. Oh, and margaritas are great! Salt on the rim fa sho!

I'm addicted to the salsa....I go once a week to just get a large salsa to go. Ironically my favorite thing on the menu is the burger 🍔 and 🍟....homemade fries.....and one of the only places around that still gives you a big burger not a slider😂

I have been taking family and friends to this excellent family restaurant which is authentic Mexican and best salsa ever for over 30 years !! Love it❤

Salsa was awesome and freshly made!
I had shrimp stuffed jalapeños appetizer and chipotle shrimp for dinner. Both were simply amazing. First time here and definitely coming back to sample the rest of the menu.

I came back to dining at this charming and warmly inviting restaurant after many years , with a lovely memory of the owners opening days ; how delicious and authentic, wholesome and clean and most of all delicious all the uniquely personal( and traditional )recipes and preparation of various dishes — they have not only held that high mark in my tastebuds and tummies esteem , but have certainly become better with time as they have always deeply cared about the food they serve and the pride is there in the food and in the jovial and excellent table service . Go alone , you will be happily comforted by the fine dining and drinks , go with a group of any size — they have nice outdoor dining during warm months — but go , if you have a chance , it’s a wonderful family run restaurant , and affordable prices — can’t beat that combination!!

I have gone here for years. Its like coming home each time im there, the owners are fabulous people, and the waitresses and waiters rock.
The food ( which is the most important) Is the best Mex Food I have tasted. I lived in Mexico and in Manhattan, I should know!!! Love this place ! Everyone I brought there wants to go back ASAP,

This place is awesome. Excellent atmosphere, the decorations are lovely. The waitresses were very attentive, we were seated right away and never ran out of our beverages. But the food, the food is exceptional. Some of the best chimichangas I've ever had. If you're even entertaining the idea of stopping by here, just do it!

We visited for the first time yesterday. We had been past this place quite a few times but had never tried it out.
WHAT WERE WE WAITING FOR?!?!?
The place was Very clean. The staff were professionally attired and greeted us with a very friendly Hello! We were seated and the waitstaff brought the traditional chips and salsa which were very good. Now our drink order is taken and delivered in a very short time. The margarita on the rocks was quite good. They took our appetizer and meal order. Moments later our guacamole arrived and it was delicious. Our main course, the Enchiladas Suizas were absolutely perfect. The best i’ve had.

This restaurant is worth a visit. My wife and I will be going there again.

Went with a group. We do this once a year. Its late, we're all tired but the food is good, plentiful and the service is fast. Worth the trip. Another group eat. B'day party for 3. 15 of us. Excellent. I'm home overstuffed.

Excellent meal, Enchiladas Poblanas was perfect! Our waitress was super busy, but checked on us and after a appetizer, our entrées came out hot and right on time.

I've been coming to this restaurant for over 25 years.... Authentic delicious meals and great service. 5 stars!!!

This was such a great dinner place. The decor was excellent and the fire places gave it such a warm cozy feel. Service was great and the food was amazing. Good way to end the my day after skiing all day. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have Mexican food in the area, i would visit again for sure.

Everything is hand made and it is always fresh. The carne asada steak is great and the burrito is always a safe bet, too. The service is also excellent I've been here numerous times and never had a bad experience.

Just a great place to eat. Highly recommended!

PS:
The salsa is amazing and they sell containers of it. We get a pint every time we go and it never lasts more than a few days.

I used to come here as a child with my family and loved it. I hadn't been around this area for years so when I came back I was happy to see it was not only still here but they had redone the interior. The food, service, drinks and prices were great, just as I had remembered it.
