Buns Burgers

Possibly the best burger I've ever had in my life! Seriously delicious, so much flavor and JUICY! The burger comes out a perfect medium so if you want it well done, first get therapy, then ask them to cook it longer lol. Fries are perfect, and a good portion too. Get extra bun sauce, it's so good.
Very friendly workers, great atmosphere, food is cooked in an open kitchen so you can see everything. Great music playing in the background and seating for about 30-40 people. Fairly quick service, but everything is made to order so maybe 5-7min wait as a walk-in.
Well worth the price, they have a lunch special Mon-Thur. This place is amazing and I continue to come back whenever it's lunch and I'm in the area.

A local friend suggested Buns for lunch and I was not disappointed! The place has a nice modern ambience. we got to take out and I often forget to take pictures of the actual food but my lamb burger was delicious, I would definitely go back for that. The bucket of fries was more than enough for three people and although we didn’t get any this time, I hear the milkshakes are really good.

2022.12 one of the best burgers. No need special ingredients or no need special sauce. Simple and local meat. We order lamp and beef burger. You can tell the difference. Also fries, must try. Comfortable and good services

Always a great burger I love to get when I’m in the Hudson Valley. Is it the absolute best? No…a few places do make a better burger. But if I could rate it out of 10, it would be a 9.2.

Stopped in here for lunch while north on I87. Location right off the highway is a big plus.

Got a beef burger, lamb burger, shake, and fries.

Burgers were really messy in exactly the good way you want a messy burger. I hate a burger where you are searching for the toppings. That's not a problem here. Lamb burger had a really nice mayo dressing. A little like a tzatziki.

Regular fries were a lot. And they they were really good.

If I had to nit pick something, I thought the vanilla shake could have been a little sweeter.

In every way, highly recommended.

Fries were so crispy fingerlickin’ good I had to order a bucket to go after trying the normal portion. And those burgers? OOOOBABY😮‍💨AND THE SHAKE?! SO. FRESH. Shake Shack who? Never heard of her. Buns Burgers? All the way. 😌✋

Amazing burger!!! The fried chicken sandwich was really good too but I'd go with the burger. We got the original burger and it looked pretty standard but it was way tastier than expected. If we're in the area again we'll definitely go back!! Prices weren't bad either.

This place was a little gem next to a Verizon store. You would and could completely miss it, but you shouldn't. My kids enjoyed a cheeseburger, hot dog, French fries, Mexican coke (their favorite) and shared a vanilla milkshake. I had the Yard-bird-ger and it was wonderful, I also stole some of their fries. Portions, price and quality were great. I am so glad for finding it on Google maps when I was looking for a halfway point between Springfield, Ma and the Orange County area. I would definitely return if in the area again.

High quality food with a very unique taste! Juiciest burger I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten here many times and will continue to do so.

visiting from Ohio, I might stay just for Buns! Nick was the sweetest server and helped us decide what to get. Everyone else was really kind, too. The burgers are probably the best I’ve ever had and ever will have. They’re big, juicy, and taste soooo good. The fries are fresh and crispy and they give you a mound of them. I’ll be dreaming about them when I return to Ohio 💔

Wow, what a gem! Saugerties is a good stopping point on our drive from NJ to Little Falls, and saw Buns had good reviews. So glad we stopped. First of all, their fries are as good as you can get. They are handcut thin, crisp, perfectly hot and salty. As good or better than fries you get at a French bistro...seriously. I got a Yardbird chicken sandwich with hot sauce, blue cheese, and a celery slaw. Excellent, including a great brioche bun. Burger was also excellent, and their Buns sauce has just enough heat to make it something unique from the usual burger sauce. Stopped in on our way back to NJ to get milk shakes which were handmade and also excellent. I got banana chip (!) and it was awesome. Staff is friendly, prices are fair, and my only issue is the closest one is two hours away!

The food is great. The cheese burger was a bit under cooked but still great. Way too many fries. I eat maybe 15 fries and I'm good but a small has thousands of fries! The chocolate shake is the star I only wish it was larger. The only problem is the online ordering. I can choose from so many toppings for the burger but not pickles! I see pickles listed on the menu in the restaurant but I can't add them to my burger online.

Amazing burger. Been stopping here for a few years when my trips pass me through the area. Never had a bad one, tastes great!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The lamb burger with some slices of bacon make it so irresistible, just like the rest of the choices such as the fries with their signature sauce, and their spiced up chicken burger. Had to order both burgers twice for the road trip. That's how amazing it was!

The Veggie Stacker was a great shout for me - I generally struggle to complete a burger as I find most are too heavy. This was light, delicious and perfect with a shake for company.

Great place, love coming here. The price is worth it. You are paying for fresh products made right in front of you, which is awesome. And a Boylan Fountain? You can't beat that. Definitely recommend checking this place out 👩‍🍳🤌

We've been visiting annually since they opened. Buns has become part of our BFF Garlic Festival Weekend because of their deeeeelicious burgers, 🍔 fries,🍟 and shakes!!
I usually go for their lamb burger which is prepared perfectly with pickled onions, tomato and aioli. My bff gets a bacon cheeseburger (farm raised, grass fed). Both on fresh, brioche Buns! We share some fresh made fries and always a local Creamery ingredient yummy shake!! We've had vanilla, banana, chocolate and strawberry and each one was good to the very last drop!! Service is nice and restrooms are clean. We would highly recommend to anyone, there are vegetarian options that I would bet are just as delicious as everything we've already tried!!

Outstanding roadside burger joint. Homerun of a place. I had a bacon cheeseburger combo with fries . Got a dog also .Soda was Boylans fountain!!! Pure Excellence

Best burgers around, no doubt about it. Send it here and get a double! Signature Buns sauce is amazing, and you can take a bottle home! Hand cut fries, milkshakes, and they have beer on tap.
