Blaze Pizza

First time to a Blaze Pizza and I somewhat liked it. Pizza was good, with lots of topping options to make it your own. We ordered a regular crust and a high thick crust, we liked their regular better, it was thin, crispy and good. What I liked the most was how fast you can order, choose your ingredients and by the time you pay and get your drink, they call you to pick up your pizza. It’s sort of a Chipotle or Subway, but pizza version.

This was a really cool experience and the pizza tasted great. Had a red vine pizza which is like a margarita. They make it right in front of you and it cooks in about 5 minutes. The crust was crispy and the ingredients were very tasty.

Excellent food quality and building own pizza. Fresh ingredients and great availability. Everything is neat for dine in experience and great seating outside as well.

Great pizza, specifically the high rise crust. The ingredients are fresh. They always have an abundance of veggies and sauces. The staff is always so nice and really add to the experience. Nothing beats hot pizza with fresh ingredients served by nice people.

I’ve been a regular customer here at blaze pizza for 2 years now and the food and service never disappoints! The employees here are always so kind, especially Nas! He always takes care of his customers with a smile and that’s why the service is a 10/10! I definitely recommend!!

I'm gluten free by choice. I enjoy their GF pizza and building what I want into it. My husband and I like to try different combinations. This time we tried the garlic pesto sauce and meat/veggie combos. Very nice. The amount of each topping depends on the server. The main gentleman that normally runs the evening shift is very good about keeping everything moving.

Pizza was insanely good.Plenty of fresh toppings to choose from. Customer service was top notch. They also have a nice selection of drinks . The root beer is awesome. One of the best i have had . We had to go to Bridgewater and stopped here along the way. This place is 35 minutes or so from our house, we would def just take the ride that’s how good it is. Dough knots are very good as well. Honestly if your in the area, you have to stop here for the best pizza. Thank you guys!! See you soon!

We stopped by for a quick lunch and got surprised of how good this place is. Fresh
Ingredients, different varieties of toppings, friendly staff and very fast order process.
I ordered a pick up two which includes a half of 11-inch build your own pizza + a salad for a total of $11.25, and my husband chose their signature “Red Vine” 11-inch pizza.
They also have many great vegan options.

I have tried blaze pizza and this place hit it out of the ball park. The pizza was done perfectly. Thin crust as well done. I ordered a two topping (roasted garlic with jalapeños with spicy sauce) my friend ordered chicken with banana peppers regular sauce. We also order cheesy garlic bread with pesto (awesome ) the staff was very friendly and ambiance was good. The blood orange lemonade is to die for.

The staff is friendly, welcoming and patient. Ankit did an excellent job preparing our pizza. The food was good and the Blood Orange lemonade is refreshing.

I wanted to try this place out because I have never tried this out before. I found out that they now have gluten-free crust so that was another reason why I wanted to try it today. Mask are required before coming into the restaurant and worn at all times except for eating. Restaurant was clean and social distancing was in full effect. I ordered my pizza as seen in the pictures below and my wife ordered her's as well. Staff is really nice and was very patient with us when we were ordering. Pizza came out looking good and smelling great. We got home and the pizza was still hot. I have to say the pizza was great the thin crust made my day. I highly recommend going to this location.

Very friendly staff and asusal love the pizza. I went in 5 mins before closing time on Friday and the staff took my order without hesitation. Their politeness was a good gesture and the delicious thin crust pizza was mouth watering. Would love to visit again and again.

Amazing food and it is a nice environment ment to eat. I recommend getting the build your own pizza where you can choose everything from dough to toppings. It is definitely not very expensive.

Easily the best pizza experience I’ve had in this area!...

Pizza is made fresh to your specifications right in front of you; lots of options from which to choose.
SAUCE — they have the deep red flavorful & thick red sauce that I’ve not been able to find anywhere (other places serve more of a thin, semi-tasteless orange colored sauce). There are also other sauce options here if you prefer.
CRUST — is firm yet lightly buttery, not dry tasteless and “chalky” like other places.

CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES — the best cookies I’ve had in town, ask for them warm, the chocolate melts in your mouth!

ENVIRONMENT — Place is tidy, unlike many others in the area. Fun, hip atmosphere. Indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio (see picture...). Staff are friendly and helpful; Steph took great care of my order! Food is prepared quite quickly, which makes it a great option for lunch too.

Alivia and Rolo are great shift leads. They were very patient and helpful with me when I was unsure of the menu and I took 8 years to figure out what I wanted. They were truly so wonderful. PS: Alivia is gorgeous and I will come again just to see her. Give Rolo and Alivia a raise, they deserve it. They are so kind and generous, I am sure that they would save me if I was stuck in a burning house. God Bless Them!!!!

This was my 2nd time at Blaze in Bridgewater and it didn’t disappoint! The service was excellent. I was greeted and taken care of by Alejandro and he was great! Ankit and Max were very helpful as well. I look forward to returning again soon!

Recently stopped in here for the first time. Was told it was really good, but I figured it was just another pizza place. I'm very happy I was wrong! This place is very affordable and the quality of ingredients were outstanding. You can get as much of the toppings and cheese as you desire, as it doesn't affect the price. $10 is what you have and that's all you need. I hope to come back here again one day!

Blaze Pizza is the newest pizzeria on the block in the Bridgewater/Bound Brook area. They provide a chipotle-style pizza building experience with fresh ingredients, delicious options, and a spacious and trendy seating area.

The first thing you appreciate when walking in the door is a warm atmosphere and trendy, modern adornments. The tinted windows bathe the restaurant in a beautiful glow. There are plenty of delicious options to create, or you can DIY and customize your order. They create a perfectly circular pie that gets toasted to perfection in their oven. They have a huge selection of ingredients and toppings and they even offer vegan cheese!!

I decided to go with the (red)vine pizza with a side of "donuts" (their version of garlic knots) and the blood orange lemonade. My girlfriend opted to create a plain pie with vegan cheese. The (red)vine had a fantastic red sauce, delicious cheese, and a very pleasant sea-salt taste. The crust was perfectly crispy with a pleasant toasting on the base. The blood orange lemonade has an amazing taste and I've made it a habit to get every time I eat at Blaze. The "donuts" were super fluffy with just the right amount of garlic and olive oil. The vegan pizza had the perfect ratio of cheese to sauce and the cheese had a nice thin spread that eliminated the overly gooeyness that is often a challenge with melting vegan cheese. Overall, this pizzeria is the bomb and I have returned several times since my first meal.
