Excellent customer service! Waiting on a super long line (because it’s the holidays), and an employee walked down the line offering customers snack while we waited. That extra thoughtfulness and touch helped ease the pain of waiting. Great service, great thinking outside the box!

Well today was usual my Nordstrom card requested verification which was okay that they needed to check but, I was just there last week with a much higher purchase just was curious about what happened

I absolutely love this location. This location has great selections in each department compared to some of the other locations throughout NJ. Youna, the store manager, is very nice and helpful; the store associates are pleasant.

Youmma is god sent. I lost my glasses last nite, and she worked the morning shift saw them and out them up. Another associate went to lost and found but were not able to local them. But she over heard me asking and said she jnre they were not sold in the stire and out them up behind the counters for me. Im grateful

I had to return a couple items and the employee i had was some brown haired college student I don’t know his name but helped me out and made my experience quick and easy. I wouldn’t write a review but usually when I return items at different retailers, the associates give me a hard time so I was very shocked at how good he was at his job and his politeness.

Great price for items you need

Super neat, clean and with a great variety of different brands. Prices are moderate. You can always find promotions and discounts here. It is worth coming to buy here. Definitely recommend it.

The online pick up order line is fast and friendly.

Good selection. Staff keeps appearances up. Management is on top of things which helps w the experience. Lines can be long tho.

I like this store , they have a great service, and they will always welcome you if you need to return an item you bought online or in-store!

Oh my God. I truly love this place. My first time going today and I was amazed on how affordable the prices were and the Staff were kind, helpful and nice. Recommend 100 percent. Oh and my Uggs were so comfortable and a perfect fit
