Twin Belle Plumbing, Heating, Air & Water Treatment

This was our 1st experience with Twin Belle and was impressed. Robert showed up just a few minutes later than the window, no big deal at all. He was not only thorough in the boiler cleaning but took the time to very clearly explain what was done and a change he recommended for our system that would save a little oil over the summer months. Very professional. We now plan to use them for heating and A/C maintenance and repairs and hope to establish a good long term relationship. Recommended!

Our central air conditioning system had to be replaced. We contacted several local vendors for estimates meeting our requirements for high efficiency and good quality. From the moment Twin Belle Plumbing arrived I was impressed. They arrived to do the estimate when they said they would, were careful and respectful of our property, took time to check out the entire system, made recommendations including relocating the condenser unit for better air flow. When their estimate arrived it included a detailed description of the scope of work, links to specifications for the proposed equipment, and a timeline for the work and payments. It was not the lowest bid nor the highest. It was believable.
We decided to give them our business, sent a 50% deposit check, and set a date for the work. The day before they were to arrive and start work they brought over the pad we were to place on the newly prepared site for the condenser. (As per our contract we were responsible to prepare the new location. ) Their representative, Bob, took the time to advise me on how to improve the site preparation so the pad will be stable and secure. The next day they showed up as per the advance email schedule and prepared the area ( covering the floors with padded non skid drop cloth runners ) and then removed the old unit including the air handler, drip tray and the condenser unit. Those they took away for proper disposal. Then they brought in and installed the new air handler and drip tray and the new condenser unit. They evacuated and flushed the existing refrigerant lines and performed leak testing overnight.
On the second day they finalized all the connections and wired in the new thermostat. After running the air conditioner and quickly bring the house temperature down Bob went over the installation and also the operation of the new thermostat. Everything works beautifully and quietly. We are delighted. I gave him a check for the balance of the invoice. I couldn't be more pleased. I recommend Twin Belle unreservedly.

Robert came out and quickly determined a number of issues that were causing the slow water flow I was experiencing. He fixed many of the issues during his brief visit and made suggestions for future improvement. Professional, smart and very thorough.
Consequently we hired Twin Belle to replace our furnace and our water heater. Their work is excellent, I highly recommend.

They responded to my call in a matter of minutes, and were also the only plumbing company in the area that could get a replacement water heater for mine that was still under warranty. For planning, they offered a large variety of options (we were on an old oil boiler and electric water heater), so we had every possible choice mapped out ahead of time. They offered prompt estimates that were itemized and detailed.

When it came to the install, it was largely done over the course of a few days, as I had a LOT of things to change. They ripped out the old water system first, and replaced that, done inside a day. They installed the new propane lines, and we set up an inspection for that. Then they scheduled to come back (the next week) after the inspection of those lines, to do the remainder of the work. This included removing the old boiler and all the spaghetti pipes around it, as well as the electric water heater, and then installing a combination propane boiler/water heater.

After all is said and done, the work is beautifully implemented, easy to access and work on. They have followed up multiple times, as the unit from Burnham needed to be serviced by the manufacturer, and they helped facilitate that (it needed to have the gas/air mixture adjusted).

They left the area spotless as well, and were a pleasure to work with during all of it.

I've included some of the before/during/after shots of the equipment room (they are quite out of order). The only things that they didn't handle were the actual install of the propane tanks, and the replacement for the electric panel, so I had to coordinate those elements around their work, but they were incredibly flexible when it came to planning all of those parts.

TWIN BELLE is ALWAYS knowledgable, professional, punctual, and efficient. Within the past 3-7 years, Twin Belle has completed major work within our home and it is ALWAYS A JOB WELL DONE. Kudos!

When our A/C died 3 days after we moved into our new house on Labor Day weekend (right as a heatwave loomed), it was our worst nightmare come to life.

Robert called me back Sunday night at 9 PM and was at my house at 6:30 AM the next morning (on Labor Day, no less)! By the time he left an hour later, we were back online. Making things even sweeter, his home visit price was 1/3 of what other competitors were asking for a holiday weekend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Over the years we've used Twin Belle to install a boiler, water heater, laundry pump, a new ac unit and replace the control board and manifold for an in-floor radiant heating system. They were very responsive through the process of providing quotes, their pricing was competitive and transparent, and the crew members were all knowledgeable and very professional. Based on our experience and the quality of work, I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or HVAC services.

After extensive research and different proposals, we had Twin Belle install a retrofitted central heat pump system with complete ductwork. This was a huge job but Rob had a great plan that was explained very clearly at every step. Both Rob and Tony were always prompt and at our house every day until the job was done. They also followed up to make sure everything is running perfectly and came back to deal with thermostat configuration. We are very excited to have central AC in our house this summer and highly recommend Twin Belle to anyone in need of HVAC or plumbing professionals. Twin Belle replaced my water heater/tank and also replaced my main water filtration system together with several rotten valves.
I was very impressed with their skill level and professionalism (Robert Gross and Tony). They completed all work in one day, and they did it cleanly and with highest quality materials and parts. After the work was completed, they came back twice to inspect the new systems and make necessary adjustments (water pressure and temperature). They were recommended to me by my friend who used them 2 years ago and he was also very happy with them. I would 100% recommend them.

My Mom lives in the area and Twin Belle has come to the rescue for her air conditioner and her water heater. They take the time to explain what’s happening to a woman in her 80’s and are so kind and accommodating.

Twin Belle is awesome! I moved into my house 3 weeks ago and they saved me at my walk through. The heating system wasn't working and they agreed to come over last minute in the early morning to assess/fix the issue! A week later, they quickly fixed a leak in my basement and enhanced my hot water system. Robert is very knowledgeable and explains exactly what he’s going to do. He’s thorough and super clean.
