Best facility for mammograms and biopsies. You can not go wrong choosing to be a patient here. The staff is outstanding from the time you schedule your visit, until you walk out the door, you are treated with efficient, courteous, compassionate care. Practically no wait for your appointments- clean and comfortable changing rooms and robes provided, everything is explained and if you have questions, nerves, or any fears (like I had my first appointment) I can assure you that you will be happy you chose The Women's Center. I will always be a loyal patient because of the care I received when I found a lump in my breast that was cancer. Now, in remission, I return annually for my mammograms with confidence that state of the art equipment and skilled caregivers and technicians have my health safely in their hands. I cannot express my thanks enough for them moving my mammogram from Friday, December 23, to Thursday, December 22, to try to avoid the forecast winter storm. They initiated the change. I didn't ask for it. And then to have my results less than an hour after the procedure.

Always had mammography exam here and staff are exceptional! They care about your comfort. Process is very efficient from intake to examination. Option of checking in via phone prior to your appt. for your convenience. Nice, comfortable environment w- tea/coffee while waiting. The narrative reviews are not toward the mammography center. I have gone here for mammograms and bone density for many years and they are the nicest people and most expedient office. The wait time is absolutely minimal. I am usually in and out of there in a half an hour or less.

I went today for my first mammogram and was a tad nervous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I've gone to this Women's health Center for years. In 2008 the ladies found what they thought were breast cancer cells in the side of my right breast.. The surgeon they referred me to was one I had seen for something before that.. He took one look at my mammogram laughed then asked if I was aware this was a cyst they had been following for years. A benign cyst had been there for years. A couple weeks later The Center called and asked what had happened .I told the caller. They ended up calling the doctor and asking about me and 3 weeks later I get a call from the surgeon's nurse telling me she didn't know what had happened. but there were cancer calls and sent me for tests. The diagnosis was non- Hodgkins lymphoma. They referred me to Zangmeister where I received treatment for 6 months. until I was in remission. If it hadn't been for the ladies at Women's Health Center it would have gotten much worse. They know what they are doing for sure.I am 9 years in remission now!! Thanks, ladies!

Mammograms have always gone smoothly no long wait even in a full waiting room.

I had a bone density and a mammogram yesterday at the Women Health Center. It was a pleasant and efficient process.

Thank you to entire staff for their professionalism and compassion while I had to bring my dad to my appt today.

I am truly disappointed. I brought my mom here to have imaging done. We arrived at 11:30 am. her appointment was at 1 p.m. O'CLOCK. I tried to sign my mom in for her appt. The lady at the front desk refused to sign her in and told me she had to speak with my mom, which was in the restroom. The receptionist didn't even take her current images. We foundly was taken back at 12:30p, then we're told it was going to be a while on uploading the images in addition to finding out what other images they needed to do. This is by far unacceptable and very disheartening. If it was going to be this much trouble, then someone should have informed my mom to bring it the day before.

Needless to say, my mom got upset with the poor customer service she received. Mom was in lots of pain due to previous cervical neck surgery, and so she left.

Mount Carmel do a better job at taking care of your patients do not blow them off.

To the patients, if you have imaging or films or disc bring them the day before your appointment, it will save you the hassle we encountered.

I'm not a patient, but my mother is. And I'm currently sitting in the waiting room. I can hear clear as day the office staff complaining about people coming early and tugging on the doors. And then complaining because the paitients seem to be irritated. Well, look at it this way.. You have two patients who don't know each other from eve, who were both told to be here for their 630 appointment (where my mom was also informed hadn't gotten scheduled when she went to confirm it). One being told to be here by 615. My mother being told to get here a little early. So two patients, told the same time, but let's get rude with them when telling them thats not possible "because all appointments start at 645". Maybe you need to check your staff and see who is screwing up before getting an attitude. I would hate to "make you work early" so I can "get on the road". I work in a medical office as well, last I checked part of your responsibility was not complaining in front of any or the patients or their guest. But instead you sat right at the front desk, moped about it, and worried about your last two days. This is why people don't respect medical offices. I understand the frustration, again, I do it myself. But two patients who don't know each other, seems to be a staff problem and I would retrain my employees before blaming the patient. And to complain about them knowing that one of those exact patients has guest in the waiting room, is asnine.

They get one star cause there's nothing lower.. don't have ur baby here!! I'm dreading my delivery day, I have only found one Dr who isn't rude, or disrespectful. They're always running late.. they don't care about ur questions, I had one ultrasound to see the sex and didn't get another till I was 36weeks!! Unless I wanted to pay $100+ outta pocket!! Don't go here!!
