I honestly don’t understand what all the negative reviews are about. I genuinely had such a great time on my visit. I walked in today with no expectations. Just a lot of pain that I was needing to be seen for. A lovely woman in the front checked me in , we filled out all my new patient stuffs. She was so warm and friendly. Even the nurses / medical assistants . Very professional , very warm outgoing people. Very easy to talk to , they explained things perfectly . I wasn’t confused once and let me tell you I’m easily confused haha. The nurse I forgot her name was so patient with me. Spent an hour just asking her questions after question while getting my physical. She made me feel very comfortable with her , allowed me to open up and ask questions I’ve been too shy to ask other nurses. Very pleased with the services I had here today. Wait time wasn’t even that bad. I made sure I didn’t have to be anywhere else so they can take their time with me. I would recommend this clinic

I have been here for quite a few different things. I have taken my daughter a few times and usually just before closing time. The staff is always friendly. They stay late to accommodate our needs. They explain everything. They take the time to answer questions. I have never felt rushed, or out of place. They know us by name. Recently, I was seen for something I have dealt with for many years, in many different states, with many different specialists, yet the doctor I saw here was more thorough than any doctor I have Ever dealt with for my specific medical issues.There is never much of a wait.. They are so clean and take such measures to keep from getting Covid-19 in their building. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I do not go anywhere else, if I can help it. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Geroso is an incredibly sweet, caring provider (along with the MAs and Rad tech who helped take care of me). We went in after lunchtime to be seen, so there wasn’t much of a wait. They got us in and out in under an hour. All in all great care and visit. 👍🏻

The need side manners are amazing! Dr Karen, your bed side manners are amazing! Thank you so much for taking your time. Getting everything covered! While explaining what was going on. They did not make us wait forever. So if you want to be treated right without judgement of past. Come here. They are all awesome!!!!

They always have me back within 25 min an are super friendly I go to this clinic a lot when needed because they doctors an staff are so nice an you can tell they care !

I am compelled to write a positive review given all of the negative ones. I needed to quick appt for a strep test while visiting SLC. The staff was very kind and professional and the facility was clean and nice. I waited a short while, but that was to be expected. I would not hesitate to come here again!

Great staff who care about their patients. Having somewhat of a wait time is expected for a walk-in clinic, and it does get busy because of the location. But they can see you for just about anything you need as long as it isn’t emergent. Nice to have an accessible facility for those of us with no insurance.

I can't say enough positive things about NTC. This facility is so much more than just an urgent care clinic. The staff goes above and beyond to do a full work-up of every patient who walks through the door. Though they may be small, they're efficient and treat you like a real person instead of just a bunch of tasks and stuff to document. I want to shout out Shawna and Fidel - they make an awesome team and are always proactive in teaching patients and sending them home with answers. The providers won't ever turn a patient away unless it's an emergency. Thank you to NTC for all you do for the community!

Saw someone right away when my child had cut her head. They were so kind and helpful. Didn’t give an unnecessary stitch. So grateful. In and out in 20 minutes. Thank you!

This staff here is amazing! Everyone works together to get you the best help you can. Everything is clean, in order, and very professional. From the second you walk in, everyone is really kind and understanding.

This place got us in and out, the Nurse was super COOL, MR. LOPEZ, AND THE DR WAS COOL TO. VERY RESPECTFUL AND GREAT TO MY CHILD WHO HAD BEEN IN FOR A HIGH TEMP.
