I have been a loyal customer with Verizon for many years. Today just reminded me why I continue to stay! Not only for the best phones and service plans but for employees like Jose. I had the best customer service from Verizon. Thank you Jose for your patience and kindness! He provided great conversation and and made the time easy. He helped to solve what we both thought was going to be a simple issue that turned into close to a two hours journey. I came in to see if I could have speech to text added back to my keyboard. After several updates and reconfiguring things in my setting it was situated. Thank you for all you do Jose and for Verizon always going above and beyond for their customers !

My experience was quick. I needed a mew simcard and was told to go to a corporate store. This store was fast, and the gentleman helping was nice, and i didn't catch his name. The new Sim card for the S22 Ultra was not the solution and Verizon ended up having to send me a new phone. But that's not on the store so my rating stands

Jess was AMAZING to work with. She was informative, friendly and beyond helpful. The rest of the staff was supportive and very willing to go out of their way to help customers and make them feel welcome. I will for sure be coming back to this location if I ever need anything else. Would highly recommend!

The manager Michael and his colleague helped my wife and I out with our problematic move to Verizon from T-Mobile today. We went into the store a little underwhelmed but left with all our problems taken care of and we are now enjoying our devices. Great job Verizon of Janesville.

My husband & I went in for a possible iPhone upgrade today & had a great experience. Roger was very laid back but also professional. He went through all the options with us but did not try to pressure or upsell us. This is something we really appreciate & by doing this he actually did “upsell” us. I was originally thinking the iPhone 14 but Roger just explained everything & the differences. He did not try convincing us to pick a specific phone & we actually went with the pro. Highly recommend working with him.

Let me tell you, I usually don’t leave reviews good or bad. We all have our days. Let me tell you, Jessica at the Janesville store was absolutely beyond helpful and was able to get me the documents that I worked on getting for approximately 20 days within minutes of arriving at the store. If the customer service I received from Jessica today was my normal experience with Verizon I would have never left Verizon. Thanks again Jessica. If you are Jessica’s boss give her a darn raise!

Had great customer service here. Went to the Machesney park one at first and the lady was not very helpful and didn’t really answer my questions . I went to this store and they were all super helpful. The guy I had an appointment with gave me multiple options on what I could do.told me what was wrong with the used phone I bought online.Told me a better site to use if I want to buy a used phone but also told me about the more affordable option iPhone SE 2020. I ended up going with the newer phone, the iPhone we 2020. When I went back to pick up the phone I ordered online they were all super nice and told me any questions I can come back.

I called the 1-800 number today because I didn't understand some of the charges because I purchased a new phone. I spoke with young Zach (I don't know last name) and he helped me not only with my questions, he went far and beyond to help me out. He took the time to explain to me the benefits of upgrade and help me to set up my hulu & disney account and many other stuff and signed me off for my rewards. He was so patience and had a great attitude. I know about customer service and today I received the best customer service I ever had on my 23 years with Verizon. Thanks Zach!

Very helpful in setting up a watch with phone feature. The store was very clean and staff were pleasant despite the fact that things were taking longer than they should have because it was a Samsung watch with a Google pixel phone.

Wanted to upgrade my phone early even though I had still about 2/3 of a year to go , and they worked with me to save the most money. I worked with Jen, and she was helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up with a lot of add ons because of all the sales and promotions that were running. Overall I walked out with a lot more than I thought I would, and I'm happy I chose this store over the closer one to my house. The three members closing tonight were awesome and would recommend them to anyone.

Good store, clean, polite employees, they installed my warrantied Zegg screen protector for me. They did try to sell me on a headset. I would expect nothing less. I am not in the market for extras right now, but when I am I will come back .

30 min drive but always worth it. Honest, helpful, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to get an account or device right for my needs. Thank you, Ricky! Just wish Verizon would put bar stools at their counters. So hard to stand if I have an extended time there.

I want to thank RICK SANCHEZ for all his help, I know he is leaving this store & going to Florida. He definitely will be missed. Best customer ever, he is always willing to help with a smile on his face. I been with Verizon for about 20 years with no regrets. I've had terrible experiences at every Verizon store I've been to but this Janesville store just blew me away. From the minute I walked in to when I left they were very helpful and considerate. I almost left Verizon due to the poor customer service at Michigan and Illinois stores and I was expecting the same snobby a-hole routine at this store but I was completely shocked at how nice they were. Thanks for the help and excellent service guys! I will drive out of my way and come see you instead of the Rockford IL store!!

Eric, the store manager, was able to complete requests deemed impossible by other Verizon departments. I’ve worked with the mobile fraud and customer service team for Verizon to issue me a refund for incorrect charges to my account. None were able to complete my request. Eric was a liaison between me and Verizon’s customer care department to issue a $140 account credit. My partner and I are incredibly pleased with the outcome and his patience. For all of your Verizon needs, I highly recommend this branch. They go above the status quo for customer service.

Janesville store is FAR SUPERIOR over the Sun Prairie store that was very discriminating, and the Monona store who was not willing to work customers. The Janesville store was VERY helpful, curtious, professional and friendly they kept me as a Verizon customer after very seriously almost switching because of the Sun Prairie and Monona store !!!!
