Very beautiful setting and friendly and capable waitresses. Food is tasty, quality. Prices range from $9-14 generally per entre. I got the business lunch special for 9.99 which included a specialty sandwich drunk(including alcoholic beverages) and any side. The beauty of the outdoors is very unique, and hard to capture in a photo. Great place to take your wife out on a date! They are known for fish.

Food was good but the bar tender kept throwing empty bottle that startled many patrons throughout the night. Needs to be more considerate.

Definitely have to get the fish and chips! The Lent specials offer a wide variety too. Something for everyone here and I've never had a bad meal. Absolutely delicious food for a great price! Happy Hour specials daily. Beautiful, rustic interior that gives a cozy feel.

Nice first experience. We (collectively) had fried mushrooms, mozzarella cheese sticks, spicy fish and chips, mussels and shrimp, salmon and kids macaroni and cheese as well as corn dogs. Everything was delicious. The spicy fish and chips was cooked perfectly and not overly greasy. The beer specials were nice too.

Although the wait to get seated was slow the service was awesome. There were 10 of us and we were seated on the patio.. The server was super friendly and did an outstanding job! The samples of Wolf's Head beer were delicious.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. Very cozy setting. I went with the recommended fish and chips and my wife had the cheese steak. Excellent! This was our first visit here but we will be returning.

Get the Fish and Chips Eddie Style. Its spicy, hot, and crunchy. So good!

Went there for an employee farewell luncheon. Despite the fact that there were over 20 of us, our server made sure we were all taken care. She always made sure our drinks were full and that if we needed anything, she was always there.
Got to try the fish and chips. They are amazingly delicious. Sometimes fish and chips are too greasy, but these were cooked perfectly. Craved a second helping.

Wow what can I say about O bag of nails. Cloaks the 1st time I went there was in won it in restaurants in Newark Ohio. I'd order the fisherman's platter which comes with shrimp fish and oysters. Now in my case I substituted some extra shrimp for the. So to my surprise, when the plate came out. The food looks great the fish and shrimps were not greasy. And they were crunchy. And my plane cost about 17 to $18 now that may seem like a lot maybe to some people but when you look at the amount of food that they give you you can actually feed two people off the plate you get. So it's a great deal. So enjoy.

A lot of changes with hosts, wait staff, bartenders and management lately that helped. The Pour House next door is great for parties and a very cozy bar area with intimate seeing and friendly bar staff. Outside areas of both are wonderful with views of the creek from upper or lower balcony. Not Your Father's Root Beer is AMAZING on tap and I don't even like beer. Fun and friendly atmosphere for dates, families, parties. Oh yea and unlimited fish and chips every day.

This restaurant is my favorite! Not only for the great food, but for sentimental reasons as well. We always have excellent service no matter how busy or slow the day may be there. There is a balcony, wonderful for a spring time or summer lunch. Behind this area there is also a walking trail, and with the nearby businesses and paddleboats, it makes for a terrific date night! My husband proposed to me after having dinner here while along the walking trails I spoke of. Such a wonderful way to spend the evening. Whenever we get a chance inbetween our busy schedules this is our go to spot!

We always enjoy eating here especially when we sit out on the patio overlooking Creekside. This was our first sit-down restaurant since the virus shut everything down. Our waiter was extremely friendly and helpful and the food is always consistently good.

My family and I eat here at the Gahanna location at least twice a month. Service, food, atmosphere are exceptional. There really is nothing on the menu that I have to tried. My favorites are the fish and seafood items but you really can't go wrong with anything you order.

I had a party at the pour house. The managers and employees were a joy to work with. The rental was cost effective and I would absolutely use this place again. My daughter and her friends had a blast. And of course the food was great.

The Old Bag of Nails Pub is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I always tell my friends that if you want the best onion rings in town, you can find them here. The outdoor patio is stunning and a few times they even had live music.

Great service and great location and good food to top off a fun evening! Busy evening when we were there! Our server was outstanding and made sure to check on us frequently! Would recommend this location to anyone traveling through Gahanna or want a great meal and fun times!!

Was with a group that participated in a shortened version of the Herbal cocktail trail. The Old Bag of Nails Pub had the best cocktail. It was nice and refreshing with cucumber and basil. The appetizer they server us was fried pickle spears. They used the same batter that they use on the fish. It was so good. Can't wait to try both of them again. As a note you can only get the cocktail at this location because it was created there.
