Came here after many years of being at a different shop in town and having my regular barber leave-after two beard trims and fades from Michael I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Very comfortable setting with great music and great conversation.

Iv been in my share of barber shops and this is by far one of the best.
We made an appointment and didn't have to wait like most places.
My 5 year old had his first real cut and they were very patient and understanding with him.

They gave a great cut at a fair price. I’m newly local and now I’ll be a regular there. I feel lucky and grateful to find a barber that cuts my hair correctly the first time. Yes, often I’d have to get a haircut somewhere, then go somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. I had to do that in nyc until I found a good place there. So again, it’s a big deal for me to have found place in a small town that offers a damn good cut. I included before and after pics.
And aside from the cut, their respect for their clients is refreshing. They didn’t run their mouths asking me none-sense about my work or personal life or opinions to make my head shiver while I was captive in their chair with blades dancing around my scalp. They kept their work on my head not in my head: That’s professionalism. I thank them for that. And as professional and courteous they were to me, they were delightful with each other. It’s a place with cool cats and warm smiles...a pleasure to be there.

Beacon Fade & Shave Barber Shop is an extremely clean business. This was my first cut after moving to Beacon and I got a fade around and scissors on top. Max is an EXCELLENT barber and a good dude who is swift and works with you throughout the cut. No doubt I will be back in a couple of weeks. I'd recommend this barber shop to just about everyone. I just moved to Beacon from Brooklyn and got the best haircut here that I have had in years! This is an old-school yet ultra-professional barbershop with a friendly neighborhood crowd and relaxing R&B videos on the screen. It was a mini-vacation for me getting my haircut here, I was as happy as I could be with the result, and I will definitely be back on a regular basis!

I came in today to get a haircut and a fade and lemme tell you I absolutely loved it, i called the day before and max was a absolute g super nice guy and once i came in to get my cut my barbers name was mike and he was such a enthusiastic nice respectful guy and he knew what he was doing when it came to the cut absolutely loved it🔥🔥🔥 the environment was very chill good music and nice scenery 10/10 will come back👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
