We have enjoyed our time with them, we recently moved to Idaho and had to find a different company that was local, and were super sad, because they have always been so good to us! When we were looking for home and auto, they searched for the best prices and coverage that would meet our needs and weren’t pushy. Almost all communications and help can be done by email, which is extremely nice if you're life is incredibly busy. I’ve been with JRI for about 5 years now, and am extremely happy with the the quality of service as well as the competive premiums. I have yet to find another insurance agent/company that can compete with the auto and home policies that I have with them. I recently updated my home owners policy and obtained several quotes from competitors, but none were as good as what I was already getting. On top of that Shannon was patient in spite of my many questions, and was quick to respond and help me update my policy. I highly recommend this agency and their staff for any of your insurance needs.

I have had nothing but positive experiences working with JRI insurance. I transferred from 2 different agencies for Bear River. I love Bear River coverage but I was about to switch companies due to bad luck with bad customer service. JRI has exceeded my expectations and some. We have moved further away now and would make the drive to work with them if they ever needed me in person. But since we have moved everything has been able to be done online, via text or mail without problems. Great location for excellent customer service and good insurance.

RANDY IS THE BEST!!! I heard amazing things about JRI so when I called and got a quote right away, I was impressed. Since they had the lowest rate, I sent all my friends and family over to them and they have had nothing but amazing things to say about JRI. When we needed to turn in a claim, I was glad I had Randy to call. He put my mind at ease and was so helpful and quick - willing to make calls for me after hours even! I know why everyone says JRI is definitely the company to use!

Ask for Tyler. Was able to do home and auto and all I wanted was home with a company my lender would not work with anymore. He found savings, added the upgrade of the appreciation, bundled my cars and I'm saving $175.00 a month.

I’ve always had great experiences at JRI, the people are great, and the insurance has always been the best I could find. Whenever I have questions they are eager to answer questions and take care of me. When I walk in to JRI Randy and James remember me by name and always asks me about something I forgot I told him the last time I was in. I really feel like family when I’m there, and I would recommend them to anyone!

JRI insurance is an amazing insurance agency. Since they are an independent agency they can find you the best rate for your situation and make sure you needs are taken care of. They have some of the best customer support staff around. I highly recommend JRI.

I love how personal and easy it is to call JRI. They speak to you like a neighbor (still professional of course) and make sure you are taken care of. My only wish is that they had a few weekend hours for when you really need to figure something out, but I still say my experience is honestly 5 stars! I used to have insurance where you speak to people in big call centers and they don't much care what you need or who you are. These guys are awesome!!

Great Insurance company, been using them for two years! They always strive to get you the lowest prices and the best plans. Also, if you ever need help with anything the customer service is amazing! Such nice people who work there.

I recently called to get a quote on Auto Insurance and it was absolutely nothing like I had experienced with any other company. And I mean that in the best way possible. The phone was answered by, Brita, in a completely professional manner and the phone call continued to remain that way, but without having the feeling of being strict or stern. Everything was explained to me in the most eloquent way possible and no stone was unturned while asking or being asked questions. I have never had this experience with any major company. Typically everything is sped through and I'm left with many questions or concerns. Not the case here. At all. I fully plan on making the switch to JRI based off of this phone call, Brita's professionalism, and attention to detail. It speaks VOLUMES of the company itself to have someone of that stature employed. I'll be sure to refer others to this location specifically based solely off of this!
