The girl working there was pleasant, efficient, prompt and well informed with the details of her job. She did an excellent job of taking care of us.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, ohio lottery is absolutely horrible!!! Played hundreds of scratch off, tons of keno, and ez play games, wins are small and extremely rare. Ohio lottery is the absolute worst in the country, and the people that run it are to blame!
