Bought a condo through the Duffy team about 6 years ago and being new to the Cincinnati area they took all of my thoughts and concerns into account when helping me find my condo that I loved. I then got married and my husband and I outgrew the condo and were ready to purchase a home for us and our future family. We called on the Duffy team again and they delivered beyond what we could have ever hoped for. They would share postings that related to what we were looking for and would let us know the good AND THE BAD (which shows how they wanted us to find the right fit and not just any ole house). The team was great and willing to do showings when needed. I believe we found our forever home, but if we do end up having to go searching again, the Duffy team will be who we turn to.

With a compressed timeline on finding a local suitable house for our needs, the Duffy Team was there to help. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had selling our house with Joe Duffy and his team. We started working with Joe about a year or more ago. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted to do or when and they were patient with us as we made our decisions. Once we figured things out we were on a self imposed super fast time line that Joe and team had no problem delivering on. During the past months, the Duffy Team has assisted me with a very unique mortgage loan that required a member of their team to enroll in a special training program.
