I was complaining to a family member that I thought I was paying too much for car insurance considering a pretty clean driving history and the vehicle I drive. She recommended Rickard. Called this morning, received a response shortly after (I called before business hours and left a vm). Gail is so great and personable which I love and appreciate as someone who works in customer relations. She made this whole process smooth and I had new insurance at a way less rate than I was paying all within a few hours. She even noticed something in my old insurance policy that would have screwed me had I actually caused an accident and adjusted it within my new policy all while still paying a significantly lower rate. I put off finding a new insurer for months because the process seemed tedious but this agency made everything seem so easy! Highly recommend!

Great place hooked me up BIG TIME you people are a absolute life saver gail is absolutely amazing and tammy is amazing everyones got amazing sense of humor and also very professional i was paying 350-400$ im now paying 207$ because of them with more benefits to my policy if there was 10stars id give them that but i can only give 5 stars

My husband and I have done business with Rickard Insurance for years!! They have always been most helpful and concerned about the best interests of their clients. I recently had a claim with the company they recommended to me. The adjustment agent was here and the claim was paid within days. I was very happy with their service and Rickard Agency for hooking us up with such a fine company!

What an amazing insurance company, they truly go above and beyond. Very patient and understanding when answering any questions I ask, whether it be during hours or after (since I work the same hours). They have never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed by any questions I have asked, since I am not knowledgeable about insurance. I am so happy with my new insurance agency they saved me money and have been great to work with, so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking, and I look forward to being with them for a long time!

We have been with Rickard insurance for many years. When we first went with Rickard insurance we just wanted a quote and to look over our insurance. Glad we did better coverage and saved us money. I think everyone should have there policy looked over every couple years to make sure you have the coverage you
need and want. Great service, family-owned business,very friendly staff.
