I ordered a cake online for my son's birthday. I received a call from the bakery department with someone confirming my special requests. The team went above and beyond to be sure the cake was exactly how I wanted it. When I arrived to pick up my cake, the staff seemed happy to meet the person they spoke with on the phone. They treated me like I was more than just a customer. On top of that, the cake was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the overall great experience.

Friendly staff. Don't go to this location often, but I really like the variety it has. The deli staff did a fabulous job slicing my pepperoni. Store is very clean too. It's very convenient while in the Schenectady area, and I also like how there is so many stores on Altamont Ave. Will definitely be returning!!!

Had groceries delivered from the store. Instacart driver was professional and friendly., always happy with the service and the staff pulling my products that I order. Thank you so much for your kindness and service.

It's clean for starters, so many stores nowadays are not. Their deli meats tend to be fresher than Walmart. Overall, I would recommend.

Even though they use loyalty cards which I'm not a fan of I really liked this store although they do run out of items quickly and takes a while for it to be replaced.

12/10 food was amazing. Atmosphere was very tranquil. Loved it. Definitely going back

I've been a Hannaford customer for over 35 years. Before I moved to Rotterdam, I shopped at the one on Wolf Road. I love their food quality and their prices are usually lower than the other chains.

Better than the other grocery stores in Schenectady. And I've found it to be cheaper than PriceChopper.

They had the best meat cuts ever and he did it right then and there and for what I got it wasn't even bad of a pricewe love coming here I come here at least three to four times a week and I have to say hands down it is one of the best places to shop since we've moved here and I love the rewards program the savings are also the click and go and my children loved the car so they have and everything's always run so smoothly here and the people that work here so hot kind and helpful or willing to help you find what you need all the food is always always great and they are the best prices I know of for the produce and all of its different and need every time we go in the bread is always amazing and stays fresh

Hannaford has great prices and is a great place to work. My daughter worked there until after she had her degree and my stepson is working his way up the management chain.
If you're lucky you can find awesome bread!

Go there just about every 4 times out of week maybe 5. Great prices I can deal with and hopefully other's enjoy there shopping there too. God Bless you all employees and customers out there stay safe.

This is always a clean store with wide aisles that never feels crowded or chaotic. There is a good selection of baked goods, freshly cooked items, seafood, and dairy. Shelves are well stocked and staff are usually friendly. Prices are on par with other grocers.

Fast, convenient, great service desk...

I’m a truck driver and was in the area for a couple days. I took just the tractor over and did my grocery shopping, very nice staff, clean store and well stocked. I’m impressed by how great this store is. And selections of items were comparable to Walmart. Yes they’re cheaper but I go for quality as well as deals. I will go again if in the area.
