Marine Transport

James was very nice, understanding and helpful. It's nice to be able to speak with an individual who is/was out there and understands verses some inexperienced uninformed pencil pusher/button pusher who only cares about quotas.

Debbie Donaldson somehow figured out where my boat was shipping from then called the boat broker and acted like a reputable shipper. My broker told me to call her as she had contacted him about shipping. She sounded nice and knowledgeable and was ready to pick my boat up ASAP. She asked for a $1400 deposit which i was skeptical about but paid as I though this was the status quo. Once she received the money all communication shutdown to just me calling/texting looking for updates. Most of the time she would answer. She had various excuses such as the boat isnt ready, christmas holidays, weather, she was sick and probably another one I left out. After about 4 weeks of this I had had enough. I went searching online and that's when I found all the other people that had been scammed by this person/company before. I demanded a refund immediately, which she agreed to but it has never shown up. Its just one lie after another, but she does keep it going to make it interesting. Avoid Marine Transport DHS at all cost!!!!
