Willis Music West Chester

Stopped in there to get some advice on my Fiddle and they had me set with some new strings and a shoulder rest. Good advice since they don't handle a lot of fiddle stuff here. Since then I got a new fiddle at the Kenwood location. Very happy with both locations.

Great job. I had called ahead and they had my Yamaha p-525 ready to go and had located the stand I needed. They are always very helpful.

I rented a trumpet, violin and bell kit from here and I also got violin lessons here. Great music store with chill vibes. I haven’t been here in about half a decade after moving states but I’m sure it’s just as good.

This business was awesome and had a lot to offer for any musician. The staff is super relaxed and will help you with absolutely anything you need. They are down to earth and easy to talk to. I bought a beautiful ukulele with the help of Mike and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

After we got ignored at the big box “guitar store,” we visited Willis Music in West Chester and had an amazing experience. The service and friendly folks made it so much fun! Alan got us pointed in the right direction, and then the store manager, Mike, helped us with finding the perfect Fender Stratocaster and amp! Mike spent a ton of time with us and was very generous explaining things to my son. The service and selection was far superior to the other “guitar store.”

Please trust me when I say you should visit Willis music in west Chester for all of your musical needs. We will only shop there.

Great place with a knowledgeable and personable staff. I’ve bought two guitars from here now, and both experiences were crisp and accommodating. They do a fantastic job making recommendations without preference to cost and I’ve felt good about both decisions thus far.

This Willis Music Store in West Chester is an hour from our place but it was well worth the drive. Mike and his crew actually do their best to stock instruments vs telling you to order them on their website. A few more things; they answer their messages, they are genuinely helpful at answering questions to help match you with the best products. And lastly, you are treated like a valued customer. They acknowledged the money I had spent and when cashing out threw a couple things in. Outstanding Music shop 5 Stars all the way!

Our experience at this particular Willis Music store was awesome! Mike Elam is the manager there and he was amazing! He showed my husband everything that he wanted in a particular guitar that he's been wanting for a very long time. He explained and demonstrated everything he wanted to know and buy. Wow!, can he play a mean guitar!! It was an amazing experience! Thanks to Mike and everyone else working there. It was so fun to get to see all of those beautiful guitars and accessories. So I am extremely new to playing music and I want to take this opportunity to thank the people at Willis music. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't "gate keep" anything. They are awesome people who are more than willing to have a good conversation and help whenever needed. They didn't get annoyed at all of my noob questions. Much appreciated!

The guys in this store are awesome. Mike helped me but both guys were equally friendly and great. Super knowledgeable and easy to chat with. I felt no pressure to buy- which made me want to buy more! I'd rather spend money with local shops any day. I'll be back for more. Don't waste your time going to other stores.

These guys will take good care of you and your instruments at very reasonable prices. Great selection of band instruments. A number of good instructors also associate with Willis to provide lessons for just about every instrument.

I love this place. It's so nice to be treated like a human being by professionals who have a vested interested in their product and business. We were helped immediately. Kind music dude talked directly with my 12 year old son about his preferences, and listened to what he had to say. He spoke with me, without pressure, about the benefits of purchasing used versus renting new. Gave us a deal on future warranty. The atmosphere was fun--cool jazz playing. They care about their customers.

Willis music was so very helpful for our first experience with renting an instrument and especially during the busy time of back to school! Thank you for making this so easy and affordable.

Steve is a great to work with at Willis Music! I was looking for an acoustic electric bass, which is in short supply these days. He ordered me one on Saturday and it was there by Monday. Very pleased with the guitar and the service!!

I was purchasing an instrument for my daughter, and needed some guidance as I have no musical background myself. I experienced wonderful customer service, patient sales associates who were helpful and recommended products within my price range, and an overall pleasant atmosphere. I will be a repeat customer!
