I went there looking for a new vehicle. The selections were good. The attendant, Dusty, was very attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient with me as I went through about 6-7 different vehicles. Dusty and the manager were able to work with me in terms of pricing and we negotiated a great out-the-door cash price for the vehicle I wanted. I did end up purchasing a car from them. This was bc of the various vehicle options and the great customer service. Thanks Columbus Auto Mall!!

I would like to thank Dusty for his services for buying a car. when you walked through the door Dusty greeted you with a smile, handshake and his body language made you feel welcome. Sam the financial agent was superb that my credit union in Toledo was very pleased with his quick to emails that if Sam had lived in Toledo that they would have sent him customers to buy cars from him. Omar was a gem as well, all the men hospitality and welcoming techniques had me spreading the word to many friends to their car lot and passing out their business cards.

The people at Columbus Auto Mall are just fantastic ,I needed a car fast and that's just what I got and the one I wanted .Dusty ,Sam, and Omar are the best made us feel at home ,Even the girls in the office that wasn't dealing with us payed attention to what we were saying and conversed with us very pleasant and nice this is where you need to go to get a Car ,Truck or SUV and the pricing in within reason .I don't think there out to brake your bank .Trade in wasn't what I thought I should have got but it was fair be honest do we ever get what we want on trade in they are always worth more to us than what they are really worth I got a fair price for my old car .I left happy ! First I want to say Columbus auto mall is the first place you should go if your looking for a new vehicle. I was driving by and seen something I liked. In the same day I was approved and drove off the lot. Dusty was great thanks for getting me approved. Thanks to the whole staff and team.

I had looked up reviews about this place prior to ever going in and all that I saw were positive so I figured I'd give them a shot because I really needed a new to me vehicle. It's no wonder because the owner and staff here were absolutely amazing people! Mitch went above and beyond to help me find a nice, reliable and safe vehicle within my budget to take home, even though I went in there thinking that I wasn't going to drive anything home at the time.Mitch helped me set up insurance before leaving and helped with a warranty to boot so I feel even more confident. I know from my experience that the entire staff here is absolutely awesome but I definitely have to give mad props to Mitch for seeing my situation and helping me find something that worked for me and my family. My kids were so stoked when I picked them up from school today and love their new ride! These people are the bees knees and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to deal with good, understanding people to help you get into a nice vehicle.Thank you so much!

Rob and Mitch were great to work with. They made me aware of all my options, showed me the cars were in my budget, lowered the price, 12 month service warranty with $100 deductable, monthly payment within my budget. As a first time driver they helped me get set up with full coverage insurance. All around great experience and would gladly go back in the future.
