It is impossible to reach the practice. There is one receptionist to cover all locations. To schedule an appointment, the receptionist needs to transfer you to a scheduling department. And they are never available to be transferred to, so you need to leave a message. I asked to reach out to me, instead of my husband for scheduling needs. They keep calling my husband, and he doesn't pick up... And it has been a month as I am trying to schedule a procedure! Now phone calls just go straight to voicemail. I've never been more frustrated.
