I have been to this Certified at least 3X a week and every single time I go in I am welcomed with a smile and professionalism. Ezra always makes me laugh and it is hard sometimes to find people who have that gift. He cares about his customers. His outstanding attitude keeps me coming back. You have a customer for life!

I came in two nights in a row. Around 8/17/22-8/20/22. Anyways, Michaela F and Debbie were in there and they are amazing. I haven’t had customer service like that in a while. I had my daughter running around. They didn’t mind. I had a pretty confusing order and they weren’t frustrated at all. I’m a corporate business manager and those two, you want you want to keep. If I had positions open I would would hire them immediately.

I have lived in the Alkire Park Complex for at least six years and usually walk to this location because it it not too far. I always think that the staff does a great job balancing all of the roles I see them taking on, whether two registers at once while answering the phone while grabbing the specific cigarettes a customer needs at the same time is simply admirable, and they all work really hard to make sure a person is in and out quickly. That's just if they happen to have a rush. I know Lilli and CeeCee always greet me with a smile!

I love this gas station. Most of the employees make you feel like family. They actually talk to you and remind you of great deals they have at the time. Rachel is awesome and sweet.

Not the newest or best stocked Certified but the employees feel like family. Very much a part of the community.

The owner and the staff at Corporate office are very hands on. They are caring and very knowledgeable when it comes to the business aspect. There is a lot of advancement with this company. When i ran my own store i learned alot and helped me grow to understand how to run a business.

Just got gas

So I worked at this place from january 14th 2019 until Septemberish 2019. I started as 2nd shift, a month later I was told that I would be doing both 2nd and 3rd every week. Later I became the full time 3rd shifter. From my time on 2nd shift, I can say that few of the employees I actually liked and few actually did thier jobs, at least not well. When I went to 3rd shift, I would come in every day and be the only employee in the store from 9pm to 4-5am. This was a busy store. Even my manager told me that we were the number one store for alchohol sales and number two for tobacco in the district. I had to clean the mess every shift left behind, as well as take care of customers - all that on top of completing the 3rd shift tasks. I didn't mind this too much, as I was allowed to turn off the radio and play my own music until the manager got there in the morning. But then in August, I got robbed and they did nothing to make the place more safe. By September, I had gotten robbed a 3rd time by the same person, and that was the day I tranferred to a different store. Up to that point, however, I had been promised a certain ammount in a raise and got significantly less over a month later. Then when I took my vacation that I'd earned, I never got paid. Nor did I recieve explaination. Long story short, the company sucks.

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the food and what kind they got as I’ve never seen anything like it. Debra the casher that checked me out was super rude. Just said have a great day with such additude it was disgusting. Clearly she just wanted to stand there and not work. Worst customer service I’ve seen

I used to have my gasoline filled up here, but their pumps always work improperly, finally I gave up my loyalty card from the station, it’s not worth for the 3 cents discount, because it’s system not working properly

Worst parking lot in the city of columbus . The pumps are so close to the building that people parking almost back into you while you get gas . This has to be a code violation or something .
