M/I Homes Farms at Jefferson

I've heard all kinds of nightmare stories about folks buying a new-build house, and it's something I swore I'd never do. But then the crazy housing market of 2021-22 got us thinking about all our options. One of our realtors told us M/I was the best builder in the Columbus area, so we decided to go for it. We've had no regrets. Every step of the process went well - from the sales team to the design center, to our construction manager and his facilitation of our build, and our closing. Communication was good throughout, and it was evident to us that M/I Homes cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Expensive? Yes, but so is everything right now! We could have spent just as much on a 20+ year old home with an old roof, leaky windows, or worn out carpets (in other words, an additional $50k of work). Going this route let us choose our design and finishes right from the start, and now we've got something brand new.
