I brought in my Daughters computer due to it not powering up and she needs it for college. Jack N in the service department helped me out and went over what needed to be fixed. Very pleased with the way he handled the situation and informed me how long it would take and wanted to get my daughter back her computer as fast as he could. You have a great employee there, thank you Nick.

Thank you Chris in service and repair department for working on my custom loop build. After you tested the tubing and done necessary changes to make flow path great. I'm finally able to have my PC up and running with my first loop.

I recently visited Micro Center and bought External Storage Devices, and I must commend their excellent service. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me to find the perfect product. The checkout process was smooth, and the prices were competitive. Moreover, the product has been working flawlessly, meeting all my storage needs. Literally the best computer store on the planet, I went in looking for a bundle and everything I needed for a new computer and every person I walked up to was insightful and helpful. Everything I needed and more was where I expected it to be and the deals were unbeatable. If I were ever going to get a new PC part, I would shop here. I had the PC built by that night and nothing was out of place with the help I got. They had all the name brand parts, and nothing in the store seemed off or low quality. I would recommend it to all my friends

First time customer. Walked in with a broken laptop and it was fixed in 2 days. Repair staff were all nice and explained things very well - even with my very basic knowledge of computers. Got a text back from a service rep a few hours later. Communication was clear and consistent via texts and my laptop was ready the next day. Pickup was easy and while waiting I observed 2 service reps assisting an older customer who was insisting on an upgrade to a laptop that couldn't be upgraded. Although they may have been getting inpatient with having to repeat and reexplain the information, they continued to assist and speak to the customer with patience and respect and recommended that she consider purchasing a new laptop. It was informative and not pressured and the service rep actually walked the woman to the retail area to ensure she was assisted. I really appreciated seeing this as this isn't how all challenging customer service interactions end. Thank you for the great customer experience and being kind.

It has been about 4 years since I went to Micro Center. I was met by the manager, and he assisted me professionally and didn't try to up sell me. He actually recommended a less expensive option that met my needs. Another young man in a tie assisted me in getting my product and provided some helpful hints. I would recommend Micro Center. Not many companies are left with people who seem to care anymore.

Cincinnati is so lucky that we have a store like this. I won't say that they have everything under the sun in inventory but it is awesome to be able to try out a keyboard before you buy it. I love to be able to nerd out on their soldiering kits, Raspberry Pi, and Arduino sections. Also if you want to build a water cooled custom PC this is the place to be. I built my first custom PC with all components that I got from Micro Center ant it was an awesome experience. I love this place and I will keep spending my money here to support them as long as the prices are competitive.

My first home office computer as an adult and business owner. I went in looking for help and I was passed around to each specialist for each item I was looking to purchase. Each representative including management was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when making a recommendation for my new desktop computer, 4k gaming monitor, and printer. It’s nice to see that great customer service does still exist! Much appreciated.

A bit difficult to get in and out of the parking lot of times. Has other stores near and a place to eat like subway. The staff stayed an hour late to assist me. The staff here are really nice

Been driving up there from Louisville for years because we don't have them here. Hands down the best place to get computers and parts.

They also have nice selection of TVs.

Staff is always helpful, never rude and generally knowledgeable.

Prices are a little high, but you're paying for knowledge. Have talked with some great reps here. Especially want to acknowledge Carson, the rep i talked with today whose deep knowledge of monitors and the relevant technology felt truly educational and worth the trip.

Great price. Long line but worth the black Friday wait. A couple of days earlier, there was no wait. This place has everything you need. The sales are great deals. Right off the interstate.

Ordered online. My item was ready when I got there. There are plenty of people there to help you if you don't know exactly where something is. The 3d printing section has an amazing selection.

Love going here for my electronic needs! I've bought 3 computers over the years here, 2 for myself (1 laptop, 1 desktop gaming) and 1 for my girl. Both are still running great! The desktop I bought for me, is a Micro Center Premium/Platinum (which means they've taken a premade box computer and added upgrades over the stock equipment), and I've been very happy with it, ASUS ROG G15. I had been keeping an eye on a new CPU for it, and saw the price had dropped the other day to where I was ready to pull the trigger, stopped in, and a sales associate was very kind to help me out right away. Made sure to check I had the right hardware for that CPU (smart thing, because I'm sure there are people who don't....I'm no genius at this stuff myself so I get it lol). I'll be going here for a GPU at some point for sure!

The staff is knowledgeable beyond my belief . So friendly . Loved their clean store .

Micro Center is a treasure, plain and simple. This holds true for anyone who has any degree of need for technology in their life which today is essentially everyone. Whether you are a student on a budget needing a basic but quality laptop, a fellow uber-geek building a custom water cooling loop for your PC, or anyone in between, Micro Center has you covered. Networking gear (consumer and enterprise), TVs, hobbyist electronics, and even a wide variety of consumer and professional audio gear....all of that and I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface of what is available in their store.
The employees are all very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. They all seem to have a solid grasp on the idea that the customer knows what they want and suggest the best ways to achieve it. They work partly on commission so be sure to let the employee who helped you add their sticker to your item!
I think the first time I bought something here was a ViewSonic LCD monitor in 2004 and have been a regular ever since.
Lastly, but hardly least, is the fact that they offer extremely competitive pricing. In the days of barren shopping malls and desolate retail shops driven to the endangered species list by anti-competitive pricing tactics from online behemoths of retail, Micro Center bucks the trend and offers selection and pricing equivalent to, and often better than, their online-only competition.

10/10 - Only negative is the low prices encourage me to buy more stuff!

I never leave with unanswered questions. They are very knowledgeable and never condescending like many other tech shops.

I appreciate their selection of old school tech as well. Favourite shop hands down.

Great experience purchasing what appears to be a solid gaming computer. Sales associate Carson Hoog was fantastic in explaining everything, finding the right fit in terms of price and performance. I've traded at Microcenter for decades - not all experiences were perfect - this one was superior.
