I absolutely LOVE this shop. It's always clean and everyone is really nice. I always get amazing service. Crystal is the best! She's so professional and her art is top of the line ❤

So I went in to this fine well what I used to think was a fine establishment to soak my nails off and to get overlays on my natural nail. Long story short as I was sitting in a chair waiting on the nail tech I had asked the owner Benny if he could give me the little dish with the polish remover so I can begin at least soaking my nails off. He jumps up and put some equipment in front of me and tells me he cannot stop doing the customer to help me and I'm trying to explain to him I do not want him to stop doing what he was doing I just wanted the dish with the acetone polish so I can begin the process. In the past this has been the normal procedure so miss sister China started saying okay boss and jumping up instead of closing a scene I gathered my things and I left I considered myself a loyal customer but I will not be treated with this respect a talk to any kind of way especially when I am sick in the understanding and ask a question there are too many nail shops in Columbus so trust me when I say drive past this one drive past this one. I work too hard for my money and I just needed some acetone polish remover. So I give them five stars for not understanding English and for having the worst customer service maybe they were having a bad day I don't know I just left

I took my daughter with me to get our nails done 💅 we were walk-in and we got right in! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will go there again 😊 thank you so much 🙏🏾

TT - Tina was amazing, fast, accurate and had great suggestions! Unfortunately I needed something simple this time for a work event. She did elevate the look by recommending the cashmere white dip (milk white) vs the regular white. Truly love it.

Best place i’ve ever been to, to get acrylics !! the girl told me i needed my eyebrows done and i went ahead and got those done as well! you guys did amazing thank you so much !! i will be back

If you go here ask for TY-. She is the best in my eyes. She always listens to what I want and takes the time to get what she needs for your request. She’s flexible and my nails always still look good three weeks later, I get my nails done all the time and they have never lasted and looked this good for that length of time. The place is clean and the prices are about the same. They do a little bit of everything in the Salon. 💙💙. Thanks TY, my nails and feet always looking 👀 fly🤸🏼

I luv this place she did mii nail jus da way I wanted it & everthing got mii feet & nails done & lol it was not at all pricey and got a massage I jus love it and is the only place to do glow-in-the-dark nails

I love Crystal because she has always been sweet and understanding. What I really love about crystal she don’t play about peoples nails and that means she is a real nail tech because she always come through for people and she always makes my day after I leave nail shop so thank you Crystal ❤

So nice to find a good nail salon near me, with friendly and fast service that is done with great care. The wait time was a little long but it was a Saturday afternoon so I understand and was patient.

This was my 1st time going there. I took my disabled mother there who has been happy getting acrylic nails for several years. I don't remember my nail techs name, but she was very friendly, great manicure and gel polish. I will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend.

Avoid Poplar days and times otherwise be expected to wait at least 2 hours. Besides the long wait they provide everything nails pedicures eyebrow wax and hair extensions. I've been getting my nails done for about a year I do an overlay my nails are naturally long. Hannah what's the one who did my nails tonight for the first time. And I cannot stress that she is the best I have ever experienced I would definitely be going to see her again.

Nylyn did my pedicure and I was in deep state of relaxation she was amazing I love this place they tell you exactly what to expect before you get any thing done and they have way more professions than nails they have a little of everything 😁

Lynn was sooo great! She did exactly what I asked for and then added her own lil twist! Definitely found my new nail salon!!

Megan was awesome as usual. She did my balance with gel polish and did my daughter’s nails with gel polish. Megan is very nice, respectful, and very attentive. I always leave her chair happy and pleased with her work. Thanks Megan!!
