I called four other plumbers on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could come out within same day. Andy did a superb job thoroughly going through and fixing everything needed and then some. I have a 100 year old home. I strongly recommend using this company.

I want to thank 1-Tom Plumber for your help with installing my new faucet and unclogging an extremely compacted clog. Grease. Ugh. The senior came out and identified the problem and went to work. Extremely, professional and courteous, cleaned up after his work and extremely, well adverse in plumbing. I am now looking to get my bathroom vanity replace. I really enjoyed working with everyone at 1-Tom Plumber. Highly recommend.

Had water coming thru a basement bathroom drain. 1-Tom squeezed me in at the end of the evening. Andy came, evaluated the problem, brought the equipment he needed from the truck, and in about an hour, all clear. I'm very happy with the work and response time. Andy was very pleasant and showed me with his camera what was going on with the drain. Will definitely recommend them.

If you need a plumbing company do not hesitate to call . Our kitchen sink was backed up and I reached out on Sunday afternoon. They answered the phone right away and after discussion about the problem we decided to set up an appointment for Monday afternoon Both gentlemen, Andy and Dani, were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated every step as they worked thru trying to resolve. The problem ended up being a bit more than just a small clog, but they came back promptly the next morning as well and worked thru the issues thoroughly to resolve until the drains ran clear. We will be calling back in a few weeks to have them came to do some further work for us. 1 Tom -Plumber will get my business for any plumbing needs we have in the future. Andrew came out same day and did a great job. Quoted me a price and ended up doing the job on the spot. Job ended up being what he quoted and new plumbing looks great!

We had a jam in our backflow valve on a Saturday and Zack came out and was able to clear it as well as give a permanent solution for the issue. Zack did not leave a mess and was happy to explain any questions we had.

We ran into a clogged pipe late Friday night and called at least 10 places. This was the only place that actually said they would send someone to help us. They were informative and responsive. Joe was incredibly professional and helpful. Explained everything to us and made sure we understood. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and cleaned up after. We will definitely use again and highly recommend.

It's less than a week before we close on the sale of this home, and of course we just found water leaking in our basement. I called 1-Tom-Plumber at 7AM and was able to get a same-day appointment in the 11AM-1PM timeframe! Our technician David was friendly, courteous, and thorough. The source of the problem was difficult to detect and it took a little while to figure things out. I appreciated that David started out with the least invasive (and less expensive) approaches. Ultimately he did have to cut a hole in the wall, but he only cut what was necessary and managed to perfectly center the location of the leak -- a pinpoint hole in a copper pipe. The diagnosis and repair took less than 2 hours and David did a nice job cleaning up the mess that was made. I also appreciate that David pointed out another spot we should keep our eye on for potential future issues. I thought the pricing was fair and I wasn't being sold on unnecessary extras. What an unexpectedly pleasant experience!
