Red Wing - West Chester, OH

Went in at noon on Sunday. There were three customers ahead of me and only one person working. The gentleman working still greeted me warmly and said to feel free to look around and he would be with me asap. As the other customers were trying on boots he came to me and help me get started by asking details of my needs and making excellent suggestions. I was impressed by his knowledge and ability to multi-task with a smile. I left very satisfied and my new boots fit great.

Loved the new store and location! The employees are super nice, helpful and educated! Perfect mix of work and style boots!

I've been planning on getting a pair of Red Wings for quite awhile and was debating on whether or not I should go to a store or just order online. I'm happy I went to the actual store. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, got my sizing done and the boots I wanted in hand fast. Fantastic experience will definitely be back.

Awesome customer service as I walked into the store. Staff very knowledgeable about the line they carried which is a plus when you ask if they have purchased a particle style and they reply with a yes I have.... The Red Wing Heritage Boots are awesome purchased two pair based on staff recommendations.

I had quite a lengthy experience at this location. I purchased a pair of women’s silversmith boots and to much dismay only a couple short weeks of wear noticed one of the heels had began separating. Naturally I took them back to inquire about the normalcy of that situation and was promptly ordered a replacement pair. In an effort to fix the pair that had already began the break-in process I inquired about repairing instead of replacing which was answered in agreement. Over the course of about two months the replacements came in, the first boots went out, and were then returned.

During my initial visit my foot was measured on a machine and after trying on the first size, I questioned the toe space and opted for a half size up. Although my choices were validated and fit checked I now question that decision. I wish I would’ve asked more questions and felt more confident about what to expect with size/fit and break-in process. It’s such a small thing but makes all the difference.

Though lengthy, overall I had a positive experience at this location and I would certainly say the nice gentleman at the store went above and beyond what I ever expected.

What a great store! My dad needed a good pair of shoes for working around the family property. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped get him a pair of shoes that are comfortable and of great quality! He is happy and we will definitely return and recommend this store.

Bought a pair of Red Wing boots from another store stop into this location for an issue. Not only did they take care of the problem with the Red Wing warranty but the service was top notch. I will definitely buy my next pair here!

This store is awesome! They scanned my feet and got the best soles for me and they are extremely comfortable and are very durable boots!

Bought a pair of Red Wing Irish Setters steal toe boots item #2413 for work.....these boots do not have a heel (flat)...these boots are as comfortable as my under armor shoes if not more right out of the box...the staff was very respectful and PATIENT as i tried on countless steel toe boots/shoes...great store, great people..

My daughter and I went into this store today. This is a very nice new store with a very friendly staff. I highly recommend this Redwing location. Grand opening this weekend.
