Madison Grove Townhomes

Eric the Maintenance guy is the best. He is always polite and truthful. He does his best to get things fixed and taken care of. It's nice having a maintenance guy you can trust in your home when you're not home.

I have lived here for a year and a half. My first year was a two bedroom and I loved it! Tons of space for the price. When it came time to sign for another year I decided to move to a four bedroom to accommodate my growing family and they made the process so easy! I love my new apartment even more! Maintenance has always been very responsive, quick, and professional the few times I have needed them. The office lady's have also always been so nice and very helpful. I love my neighbors! I can't think of a bad thing about this place other than parking is hard to find. I would highly recommend.

Amazing place to live. I been here 3 years and I love it. The stuff is alway friendly and here to help. Very nice place clean . in the summer time the pool always clean ready to go. They take there time to make sure everything good . thanks for being a good place to live . and I feel safe walking around at night .

Hi, I've just got to say that the new management (Cara) is doing an amazing job. Heads and tails above previous management. Cara is very professional and always answers the phone (except for lunch hour). If you think that is no big deal, you could call previous management 3 or 4 times (voice mail) and then drive immediately over there to find her sitting at her desk. Cara is the total opposite. She is wonderful.
I could go on , but short on time today.
We've been residents for 3 years. I highly recommend

Positive:
1) The area is really good
2) The staff does care and attempt to help you.
3) Maintenance comes at reasonable time after notice

Negative:

1) Charge to add cable/satellite to apartment.

Overall I'm very satisfied staying here. They will return deposit from previous location. You do have to pay deposit and pro-rated rent for the time you are living at new location once moved. Your money gets tied up for a week or so but at least you get it back.

My family and I have only lived here a little over a month, but so far everything has been great. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. If you have any questions they're quick to get back to you. Matienence never takes long and they guys have always been friendly and polite. The neighbor hood has been quiet and peaceful. My kids enjoy going out the back door and running around. There's also a small park on the grounds, with a large park (3 creeks) within walking distance, which is great if you have kids.

The 3 bedroom has plenty of space and we have a large family. Everything was clean and worked well when we moved in.

My only complaint since moving here had been our Internet and cable and that has nothing to do with the townhouses, it's the company we chose. Lol.

Me and my children moved here on 9/17/2016 and I personally love it here. I've read past reviews and not sure if those things were true or not, but I can testify that it is not "ghetto" here in the least bit. The townhomes are very spacious and plenty of room. And I can feel at ease when my kids go to play outside at the park I can see them easily from my kitchen windows! The staff is very nice and Amber always works with me :) I have had no noisey neighbors or even bad kids running amuck around here.

There's great parks right around the corner and were not too far away from shopping diners etc. and the freeway is close enough to us but not too close to cause a disturbance.

I look forward to the changes they are doing and living here for the entirety of my lease, most likely will renew!!!

I would like to thank Madison Grove Staff for all that they do. They are a very Positive and Professional Staff. They respond at a reasonable and timely matter. When you call them, the Staff is always polite. I look forward to making Maddison Grove my place of residents for a while. Thank you for all that you all do to keep it safe.

I love the environment and the beautiful back yard...my kids love and feel safe playing out back...the staff are very friendly and maintance is nice and prompt. I just moved here and it feels like home! Im glad i picked Madison grove...A good place to live!

Madison Grove is a great place to rent. Prices are very reasonable and the staff at MG are very professional. One of the main reasons we rented the apartments were because of how nice the 2 ladies in the office were.

I love Robyn! Super sweet and easy to work with. Robyn really cared about my situation and worked me. I really appreciate it!

The staff are friendly and care. The apartments are affordable but are really nice. If you have a problem them will be there to fix it.
