Orchard Grove Apartments

Over the previous years living here our stay was very pleasant and overall no complaints. The Landlord Penny was always helpful and available almost every occasion we had. Maintenance is fantastic and very pet friendly. With the continuous upgrades around the apartments both in and out of our apartment, it really has become better just in the time we spent here. Glad we stayed here! Good prices, Great Team, Awesome Apartments!

I have spent almost three years at orchard grove and it has been so wonderful! The property is well maintained, the staff are helpful and prompt at solving any maintenance issues and the location is beautiful. The property manager, Penny Ritz works very hard to trouble shoot any issues, is attentive to the safety and well being of her tenants and embodies professionalism and reliability. She genuinely cares for her residents and I have had nothing but pleasant encounters with her. The apartments are affordable and and in a great area so I would definitely recommend signing a lease with Orchard Grove Apartments!

Nice, cozy apartments at a fair price for this area. Staff is friendly and professional. We (wife, child & myself) had a renovated unit for about 2 years and had very few issues. Any issues we did have were taken care of quickly. The parking lot can get overly crowded at times, but future parking passes may help this. All in all, would recommend

My wife and here lived here for a year, Penny, the landlord, was super kind, and respectful and was honest with everything from the get go. Parking is a first come first serve basis to those who lived there, and everyone was super nice and kind. If we ever had any issues maintenance came to fix them right away. It was quiet. Peaceful. And a great place to live. If you have questions ask me personally! Will definitely come back.

Great place to live!! I had a wonderful experience from before moving in until the day I moved out. Penny is so sweet! She worked with me to help me find the right apartment. She also was very understanding when I had to break my lease due to a hardship. I would go in all the time and talk her ears off about how my day was going. I definitely recommend Orchard Grove to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly, and inclusive community!

I moved here at the end of 2015. I'm ready to sign a new lease.. is a nice place to live.. quiet, safe and nice.. sure is not perfect.
There is no perfect place anywhere but I value my safety and my tranquility an I get it all here.. my neighbors/friends that are not longer living here move because they have bought a house or rented a house.. Penny more than a manager is a friend. She loves my dog and my doggie loves her.

Penny is a fantastic woman. Friendly and will go to bat for her residents. If you're looking for a place this a great spot in Groveport near all sorts of businesses.

A good place to live, but the parking lot floods a ton.

I know a few people that have tried to get information on these apartments and they get no response or if they do they have to keep asking questions like they are trying to hide information.

Not to many people had nice things to say about orchard Grove apartments,think I'll look around more.

This apartment complex does not value their on time paying tenants. They are all about the money. Not renewing a lease because the rent that tenant is paying is less then what they could get if a new tenant were to move in. How do I know this? Well they are kicking out a person with barely any notice. A person who pays their rent not only on time but early. If you check their website the said apartment is listed for lease as of 6/15/19 for over $100 more then the tenant is paying now. Way to care about your tenants. If I could give zero stars I definitely would.

I currently live here and this is honestly the worst apartment complex I’ve prolly lived in don’t get me wrong at first the place was alright but once my dish washer broke it took them 3 months to get it fixed and currently I have put In a request to have my blinds fixed on my sliding glass door that just fell and about hit my new born son that was being Fed next to the door the “manager” said they would have it fixed by that Friday or Thursday following Monday it has now been a full week and all I get are excuses to why they are not fixed but your suppose to keep your pets locked up for when they come well I work 12 hr days so what? Am I going to lock my Animals in a cage for 3 months waiting on them I think not sorry not sorry.

COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL. Kicking out a tenant who has paid their rent on time for 8 YEARS straight. Not only are they for no reason putting a family on the street, but penny gave her NO REASON and practically told her to deal with it when confronted. Gave her no notice in a reasonable amount of time. Just plopped a note on the door in the afternoon telling her she has to leave in a month. What is this? What kind of person does this? I cant even Express how angry I am, this is complete nonsense. I wouldn't reccomend this apartment complex to ANYONE. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
