Eden at Jefferson Crossing

I've been here for 10 years and was losing hope with the community until the new owners purchased the complex. They are amazing! Friendly and fast office staff that are always willing to help. I can't say enough about how friendly and kind and talented the maintenance team is. They always go above and beyond to keep our community clean. The playground and dog park are great additions. My only complaint is the lack of lighting in some of the parking lots and near the trash cans, but I hear they are working on that.

Been here for almost 2 months now and am very happy with the apartment overall! Any issues have been addressed quickly and maintenance staff has been very friendly and helpful. I worked with Tammela in the leasing office and she honestly is the reason I decided to move here, as she was very personable, helpful, and down to earth, and I felt very welcomed into the community. I also have not had many issues contacting the leasing office when I have questions or concerns. Very happy with my unit and experience so far!

Been here for about a month now and have had a great overall experience. With any request they are quick to respond and get things fixed. Tammela was a great help in getting started with a first apartment and being understanding. Very sweet staff overall and great place to live.

Recently moved in, and I will say the application process and move-in process was quick and easy. Shakhia helped us out throughout the process start to finish and was very friendly, attentive, and explained and answered all question clearly. Very excited to be neighbors with my mom and have an amazing office and maintenance staff!

The leasing process was super easy thanks to Tammela and Shakhia. They also always respond at a reasonable time and the community is pretty peaceful and welcoming. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a first apartment.

This is my first renting experience, and I love my apartment! I had an extremely pleasant experience with Tammela, who helped me tour the community and understand the process.

I looked at plenty of complexes, but never felt comfortable signing forms until I met Tammela! She’s super helpful and kind. An asset to the community!

I just want to start by saying the maintenance team is amazing. The girls (Tammela & Shakhia) at the office are phenomenal! Very attentive and pleasant. Any concerns/question I have they gotten to me rather quickly. They make it feel like a community. Any time I’ve had issues with anything it’s been taken care within 24 hours. The only issues I’ve had are with 1 neighbor putting irrational complaints about anything and ofc the office has to do their due diligence. Which I hope everyone else has a more pleasant experience with their neighbors. Everyone tends to stay to their selves, very quiet and peaceful community overall. Sometimes parking is a pain but besides that I can’t complain. I’ve enjoyed every moment I’ve lived here. Beautiful sunset and sunrises too !

I had such a wonderful experience, the personal was very informative and helpful. Shakhia Dunlap did a very good job in answering all my questions. Thanks to Dale for fixing my washing machine spouts , excellent and I appreciate .

Shakhia has been very helpful when it comes to my needs with my apartment. The maintenance techs Isiah & Dale are super fast and efficient when completed my service request.

I would like to leave a comment on all these people they were very helpful to me I was traumatized they made me feel welcome they made me feel that it was a loving community and that they cared about me and that's what I look for into moving I am so glad that I met these people and the maintenance people or it's just as good as the the main office people so if I could give them a million dollars I would they were very helpful and I'm looking forward to being a part of this community

Tammela is one of the best people to work she is always there to help you in the best ways she can I highly Recommend You to move in and this is one of the best places to live…

I have read about several issues with the previous owners, However, THE NEW management, IS AWESOME!! I really appreciate them. Shakia Dunlap is one of my favorite people at the office. She is very helpful and professional. She will help you with any and all of your tenant need. The other ladies that work in the office are very pleasant and polite as well. Since the new management has taken over, I have nothing but good things to say about them. Shakia provides great customer service!! Thank you EAJC staff for being understanding, patient and kind to others and myself!!

I have been here at Eden at Jefferson Crossing for just over two years now. And to be perfectly honest the staff here are very attentive and polite. Shakhia the leasing agent is very quick to handle any concerns or issues that I have had. she is professional and very understanding of her tenets. I have thoroughly enjoyed my peace for the past two years here and this quiet little hideaway off of East Broad.

I want to say Thank you to the maintenance Tech Isaiah for doing a wonderful job with our dishwasher. We were having Issues with our dishwasher leaking and he came in and fixed it so I want to say Thanks for your help!!!

I have lived at the Eden at Jefferson for about a year and a half. The new ownership has completely turned this complex around and it has become such a beautiful community. The new team lead by Azia, is amazing!! I have had the pleasure of working with both Azia and Shakhia. They are extremely knowledgeable and I am truly impressed with the changes they have made to our community. We absolutely adore Tammela!! She is quick to answer our questions and has been such a great resource to myself and family. She also just has such a warm, caring personality! If you lived here under previous ownership I strongly suggest checking out the NEW community. The changes and renovations being made are beautiful, and the maintenance manager is courteous and friendly too! The new staff goes out and walks the community and mingles with all of us as well. It has truly become such a wonderful place to live!

I’ve been living here for about 2-3 months now and all I got to say is all of Eden at Jefferson crossing staff is great. (Haley, Shakhia, Tammela, Isiah, Larry, Dave and Dale) They make sure everything goes smooth and gets work done! Highly recommend living here.

I have read several negative reviews citing poor/negative interactions with staff at Eden at Jefferson Crossing. This was not my experience. I worked with Andrea and she was amazing. I have been searching for an apartment for some time and had many in-person experiences with property management staffers; some better than others. My interactions with Andrea stands out as one of my best property viewing experiences. She was knowledgeable, transparent, very friendly, and personable. Walking through the apartment with Andrea was like talking to a trusted friend. In my opinion, having rapport with the property management staff is essential to a satisfying tenant experience. Andrea embodies the residential manager characteristics - helpfulness and honesty - a tenant would want in their corner if a problem arises. I did not select Eden at Jefferson Crossing as my final apartment choice, but it was a contender, in part, due to knowing Andrea would be there.

I was referred by one of your employees, I spoke to shakhia about applying and she gave me all the information i needed. Maintenance tech Isiah was really friendly as well.

Tami has been an amazing person to work with- she made the process understandable and easy, and she is also there to help.

I have lived here for going on 2 years and tried worked with several different property managers but none like Shakhia! She’s very professional, respectful and will respond to you within a timely manner. A great person to work with.
