The owner is very pleasant, she pours a generous shot. She only offers pizza but it's decent, pull tabs , juke box .. Tuesday night is open mike night... it's ok.. would rather the jukebox but we all need an outlet. Pool tables are on point.. overall great experience

I needed a place to just relax and unwind and read my book after an afternoon at the BMV. I'd seen this place on a list of "best dive bars in the city", and I figured I'd check it out since I live 5 mins away and have never been. And the vibe was perfect for what I needed. It's not hip, it's not fancy, but it's comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely be back sometime, especially if I ever get brave enough for karaoke!

Dolphin Lounge has live music every day of the week starting with Monday Night BLUES at 7pm!!!! The best blues players in town show up every Monday and put on a show that rock you to the blues bone. Clean and comfortable with great seating so you can enjoy the show from anywhere in the bar. Check it out!!!

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday and were completely blown away with the retro vibe of the Dolphin Lounge! The sunken bar and decor made me feel like I had time-traveled to 1979. The live band was playing classic rock tunes, and a birthday celebration was keeping the place hopping.
The staff and patrons were all very nice and welcoming! We'll definitely be back for more!

Awesome Hidden Gem! Food and drinks were great, however my favorite part was the awesome band Cassie's Kitchen! Such fantastic energy! Loved the Fireball Friday theme as well :-) Overall, great experience :-)

I love Blues Jam night on Mondays! Just a bunch of musicians coming together to play blues and perform. I could sit and listen for hours (and I do). Great place for live entertainment and good drinks. S/O to Brandon from @Crawford Entertainment for telling us about this gem

If you're looking for a small town, fun place to sing karaoke - look no further! We stopped in for a birthday and had a blast. Jello shots by the bag (with swag included in it) that were delicious and Lori who was working the bar was amazing the whole night taking care of us. Super laid back atmosphere (with lava lamps!) and they had a decent song selection for us to choose from.

We will for sure be back!

I have been coming to this bar for a couple of years now. Environment is always nice and people are very friendly. I feel safe with the staff and the environment. The pizza is awesome. I love that there is karaoke 3 times a week. Come join us for some fun!

Went with a work buddy for the first time. It was a Wednesday evening, not many people and it was karaoke night. I love places like this its well spaced you can move around freely without bumping into anything or anyone. Prices was cheap and the people here where cool. The bartender was great and she knows how to make a great drink. Needless to say I had a ball. If you looking for a nice low key spot this is it.

This is a great establishment. I love supporting a woman owned small business. But what I love most about this bar, is the amazing staff and amount of local charities that they support. Lori and her team raise money for local people in the Gahanna community that need help. I was a “party” captain for a pub crawl that Lori put together in 2021, I couldn’t believe the amount of money that was raised for a local family.
We need to support and lift small businesses up…

I've been coming to the Dolphin Lounge for the past three years. There is always something fun going on at the bar, depending on which night it is. I love the live music Saturdays. The drinks are so good, and there is always a shot/drink special. If you're hungry, they have delicious pizza and chips for purchase.

Great locally owned and ran bar! Owner supports many local charities and goes out of her way to give back to her community and support the local music scene. Daily and monthly drink specials. Bags of jello shots are my favorite!!

I enjoy the Oldest Blues Jam in central ,Oh it attracts top notch players. Always a great jam. I have seen some famous blues musicians there, Like Roger Wilson and Robert Hughes.
The owner Lori is really nice and friendly. She has a good selection of beer. Cans and bottles. I see posters there a lot for cancer fundraisers she does. Nice to see business support their community. On Monday night the parking lot is full but you can park at CVS across the street. The interior of the building is unique. . Black sound proofed ceiling and an unused retro " ski Lodge" fireplace beside the stage. There is one pool table and the place is big enough that you can go into bar area where it's quieter.
I know they have open mics and bands their too but I have only been to the Monday night blues jam.

This bar has hosted an all start blues jam every week for many many years and has always taken care of the Columbus Musicians. Recently when everything shut down the owner renovated the entire place and it really is a nice establishment and a super cool stage to play on. If you want a great live music venue then this is the place!

Love the whole new set up! Absolutely love the owner (Make sure to ask for Lori and say hi). A place where you can just have a good time with friends, listen to some bands, and enjoy the new, improved patio.

I went in for the first time to hear my nephews band play a few songs as they were the opening act. I really appreciated the bar tender and the owner with how they went out of their way to accommodate my friend and I wanting a sugar free drink. I understand that we are in weird time with covid and was thankful how the owner was able to work with us and our sugar free restrictions. I know last night we were just a group of new people coming into your bar and you could have said no, I cant accommodate that and I would have been ok with your answer. Thank you so much for what you did and if I am back in the area I will stop by again.

I was just searching for the Goldfox lounge. my mother was a barmaid there give or take 40 years ago. She is now deceased and me and my sister is trying to remember the owners last name back then. First name was Carl. If anyone knows it can lead me in the right direction the thing is my mother took me and my sister to Hilton head south Carolina and we stayed at a treehouse which Csrl owned. And eere going to go back for the first time since we were 11 and 12. Now 55. And if there's any pictures of the old lounge I'd love to check them out. Anyone know anything?? Thank you

Enjoyed a fun evening at the Dolphin Lounge when they hosted a Breast Cancer fund raiser. Friendly bartenders and great atmosphere with a real local feel.

Great place to have a drink & meet friendly folks. Great bartender Tameka. She is On it & making every one feel Welcome. Amazing blues band open Jam on Monday nights. Real good entertainment.
