Despite big crowds and rushed travelers, and online ordering. Aalyah is attentive and she is the definition of professional! Thank you so much.

To counter the other comments, the staff here has never been anything other than superb. Friendly. Efficient. I just saw the waiter track down a passenger to the gate who left their cell phone charger behind.

I was on my way to Killeen Texas and i stopped in to Land Grant for a beer before my flight and the bartender Kelany was on point!
Kelany asked where i was headed and really made the start of my vacation great.
My plane actually ended up having issues so everybody had to get off the plane..so we had to board a new one hour later.
So of course i went back and had a beer and a vodka tonic! With her suggestion for a double shot in the drink!
What a great way to start my vacation and thanksgiving!
Kelany has a awesome personality and really made me feel comfortable!

I had an interview

Good place for a quick drink and food before a flight.

Prices are decent for an airport restaurant, staff is friendly and there is a decent selection. However the coffee is bad and I was given American "cheese" instead of cheddar as advertised in the menu.

Great for a drink but don’t order food unless you have a lot of time. Very slow service

There was a screw — A SCREW! — in my sandwich. Management was unfazed. Took $10 off the bill. Avoid this place and shame on HMS Host.

Bought a sandwich and wanted to sit here and order a beer the guy behind the bar said where are you headed we said charleston then he asked us to leave. Wasn’t nice about it either. Very strange and uncomfortable.

It was absolutely terrible listening to the Male bartender berade the female waitress in front of a full bar! That man was just over the top, loud, disrespectful and completely unacceptable in front of customers. Food & drinks were good. However he made it uncomfortable.

I was going to eat here but the bar tender was ALL in his nose . I don’t know how anyone didn’t see this sitting at the bar . I felt bad for those people because that guy with the glasses was being straight up gross . I walked right on by ..appetite gone . Cleanliness is next to godliness my friends

HMS Host needs to fire all current management. Hire those with people skills and not those who think training staff below them. Who understand that properly stocking your stores helps your staff and customers as well as bottom line. Firing employees when you are understaffed because they arent learning from your non existent training.
