America's Floor Source - Columbus West

Our over all experience with America's Floor Source was amazing. It was so convenient to have Ed come to our home with Samples of everything from Carpet to Laminate Flooring. He was very experienced and knowledgeable to help us make the right decision for our flooring project as well as safe and social distancing while measuring our home for a quotation. After reviewing all options of carpet or Laminate flooring we decided to have our old carpeting replaced with new carpeting thru out the Dining Room, Living Room, Stairs and Hallway. The carpet and padding we picked out were all in stock and ready for installation. When the installers arrived they were very friendly and professional and got the job done in one day moving all the furniture, taking out the existing caret, and replacing the new and looked great. My husband and I loved the new carpeting so much we called Ed and decided to do our 3 bedrooms as well.

The best carpet experience we have had. The installer, Alex and his wife did a great job on every room. They were very considerate and kind to our home. They worked very hard and got the job done efficiently. Bob, the detail man who came in later to do transition work on the door was amazing, skilled, polite and one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. My wife and I have had a rough few days leading up to and after the install.Tim Larkin and his people helped make the carpet install go so well. I highly recommend.

We received a few estimates before deciding to go with America's Floor Source. America's Floor Source offered the best price for the level of product we were wanting. Installers arrived during the scheduled time and performed work neatly with little disruption to us, as we had to work from home. We would highly recommend America's Floor Source.

Joann Myers is such an amazing person. I shared with her that I needed to find a very specific flooring. She found it and was able to get it shipped to Ohio. She was willing to attempt what was almost impossible. She made it possible. Her kindness, thoroughness and perseverance is very impressive.

My wife and I just got half of our house re-carpeted and with Ed Kilrain at American Floor Source. It wasn't easy working with my Insurance company during this process but Ed was super patient and helpful every time we had a question. I'm sure it wasn't Ed's easiest transaction but he never showed any frustration and kept it easy for us and the installation was great. Our carpet gives the house a brand new feel. I would recommend Ed and America's Floor source to my family and friends.

A.F.S. did an excellent job from start to finish. Katie M. was fantastic to work with through the whole process. Katie listened to what we wanted and gave great suggestions. When Katie came to our home ,she was ready and had plenty samples. When we had questions a few days later she came back out and all was resolved. The installers for both tile and carpet were very polite, clean and knew their job. Katie followed up with usat each install processes. We had three different companies quote out project and we're all with in our budget. Katie made the difference with her listening and giving us what we wanted and didn't try to sell what she had or specials that meant nothing. I give A.F.S. and Katie M. an A++++

A team of 8 came in pulled up the 22 years old carpet and pad and installed the new luxury vinyl flooring in less than 8hours the entire 2nd floor 4 bedrooms ,4 closets 2bathrooms landinding hallway and laundry room excellent job and I will use them on future projects it was a 5 ⭐ effort with 5 Starr results

This is a wholesale store. We had to pick out new flooring and we dealt with 2 people, Aaron & Todd. Both were very nice and helpful when our floor that was in our 1yr old home started popping up. It was a defective lot. If I ever need any flooring again I will give them a call. Now just hoping I can get a good pro installer for the amount they are giving us.

Our carpet is installed and looks great! Wade was helpful in listening to what features we wanted, and narrowing down the options for us so that we weren’t overwhelmed with an entire showroom of carpet samples. He brought samples to our house twice and also took the time to explain the features of each style. Also gave good direction on selecting the right fiber and style for our highly-used stairs runner, which was bound on the edges and installed in the same week as the other spaces.
The installation team was amazing. Each room looks great – stretched so tightly and no visible seams. Also, they installed a number of rooms in one day, so our house wasn’t in chaos for the whole week.

Holmes, Shannon, George and the rest of the crew that came to our home to prep and install flooring were incredible! Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. They worked very quickly and efficiently and my husband and I were always kept up to date on what was happening and when. The pricing was very reasonable and they were so helpful in working with us when things came up that we were not expecting. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so!

Replaced a carpeted room with hardwood. Excellent in home product selection (material, thickness, color, finish). Installation took less time than expected. Project turned out fabulous.

The crew that came in to replace the carpet were excellent. They always asked before moving items in areas they were not sure of. They had no issues moving items around from room to room and the carpet looks amazing. You can tell they were very experienced in their craft which is hard to find these days.

My new floors look amazing. I had asked if I could have them installed before Christmas and was told no problem. Shannon was great to work with very professional and took care of everything as promised. With in a three week period my floors were put in. The crew did a great job of putting in Vinyl wood and Carpet. Moved all the furniture and replaced. I can not praise this company enough for the great work they did. My husband and I recently had our carpet installed through the Dublin, Ohio location. We loved the selection that they provided, as well as the welcoming and helpful atmosphere the employees provided. Ed K was our representative that was beyond patient and helpful as we selected the perfect carpet for us. He communicated very effectively through the entire process, even when our initial install didn't go as planned and there were issues with the installation. Ed promptly got us scheduled with someone to come out and fix the issues. Tom came out and spent a great deal of time ensuring that all my concerns about the initial install were corrected to my liking. He was very aware, helpful, kind, and more importantly did a wonderful job. Ed also checked back in to ensure we were satisfied before the final payment was applied. We bought flooring here for a new build house. Todd and crew were outstanding in their assistance and service. To no fault of America’s Floor Source, we have had issues with our carpet. They have managed the replacement with the manufacturer with integrity and they went to bat for us when the manufacturer pushed back. The carpet was replaced and the installation by their crew was excellent. We highly recommend Todd and crew.

A very good experience in choosing my new carpet. The salesman, Wade, was patient with all my questions,knowledgable about the product and if by chance he didn’t know he quickly questioned office staff to assure me of receiving the correct info.
