Burns Body Shop

This is a great family owned body shop. They did an excellent job fixing the rust and paint that somehow started on the driver door of my 2017 chevy truck. My truck looked super nice when I received it back. The customer service from Paula was superb. I'm glad I came across their business when searching for a body shop. I would recommend them to anyone and will have any future work done there as well. Thank you for the excellent service!!

Paula at Burns Body Shop is the real MVP! My boyfriend and I were on a road trip, from our home in Florida, heading up to see my family in Michigan for Thanksgiving when we got into a wreck just outside of Columbus. What a nightmare! We didn’t even know where we were when we wrecked and were still 3 hours away from my family’s house. Paula and her team were so helpful and accommodating! They worked through the holiday weekend in order to get us back on the road so we could get back to Florida ASAP after the holiday. The crew at Burns are super sweet people that do great work at a fair price. They are straight shooters and communicated well with me through the whole process. We are so grateful for Paula, her crew and her family for helping get us through such a stressful situation!
