James Ford Plumbing & Heating

James has saved us on more than one occasion. We had a water heater basically explode and he not only replaced and installed new water heater, he also helped us with our insurance company. On this last visit, he helped us with our heat/water pressure. We were having scary noises coming from our pipes and heat and he came quickly, identified and fixed the problem and gave us some great suggestions for our system going forward. He is the best and we would never use another plumber!

James is such a nice guy and does great work, highly recommend!

The service was excellent! They answered the phone on the second ring and arrived within an hour. They kept me well informed of what the problem was and when it was going to be fixed. Definitely highly recommend!

Mr. James Romero was initially very pleasant, courteous, and communicative when setting up a first time visit with us, but abruptly stopped answering text messages & calls at the scheduled time to meet leaving us with a blind-sided no show and zero explanation as to why.

Came to fix the bathtub drain. Charged $180, stayed for five minutes, and the drain was still broken. Called many times and no one ever called me back. Dishonest and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Nightmare… I called James based on his exceptional reviews. We set up an appointment for a Monday morning and he called and we met He tole me to give him 2to 3 days for esteemed and when I did not received I tax him and he told me I will have it by Sunday. Monday James toke me he have to run to the hospital with his while but is almost don with esteemed and he will not char him for the bathroom downstairs because the fixtures are instill .With 10 day pas and no esteemed I tax him again and he just tax that can take the job with everything goin on on this life and because I needed the job to be don right way . I tax him it is not emergency I can wait to the end of month. At this point James just tax an amber 18 thousand with out explanation I got recommendations from next door web side and when I voice my opinion he turns the story on different direction .I would never recommend this company based on my experience. Totally unprofessional.

On Monday, my husband spoke with and made an appointment for James to come to our home at 12 noon, today. When James didn’t show up we called him twice and he didn’t pick up. We then called from my phone number, and he answered. However, as soon as he found out why I was calling hung up on me. I called back and he turned off his phone. Prior to this, we had never used his services and definitely will not be going forward.

Chris literally strung-me-along for over a week. After several times of him not responding or not showing up I asked him to let me know if he couldn't do the work, so I could look elsewhere. I had a leaking hot water tank. I mentioned the leak was getting worse and he said he would come. He NEVER came and stopped responding to any text messages. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.
