Updated review! A few months back i came up here and was dissapointed but i visited today for some repairs and i have to say, what an amaizing change! Mike at the shop and the guys who work with him! Thank all for an awesome job on repairing my truck in a timely manner and they even repaired parts that i didnt even knew needed repairs, also new drinks machine is nice and showers are a lot cleaner than last time i was here, i dont know the name of the guy who read these but last time he looked for me and apologize for my disappointment and i am so glad that you more than kept your word on fixing things up! Keep up the amaizing job guys!

I have worked for Barr-Nunn since 2019. I have made the mistake to leave them twice for what I was told would be a better opportunity with better pay. The two times I have left I was disappointed and let down by the two different companies. Barr-Nunn gave me the opportunity to come back twice. I am grateful. Barr-Nunn is a great company to work for. They treat drivers with respect. Home time is important to them and if for what ever reason you get home late due to weather or unpredictable road issues they make sure you still get the proper time off. You get a safety bonus severy 90 days for safe driving. You earn PTO. I work 5 days on and 2 days off. I love the balance of home life and work life. If you are a safe driver and need a balance of home time and work life, Barr-Nunn is it.

I am a newer driver here at Barr Nunn, but if feels like I am part of a team for the first time in my driving career. My team leader really listens to my concerns if I have any.

The recruiter(Cory) I had really knew what he was talking about. All the information that he provided was exactly correct. The company’s focus on safety is one of the prime factors I’m happy here.

The trucks a good, the trailers are in good shape. If you have any issues they take care of them fast. The pay is the best I’ve seen in the industry. If you have any questions please feel free to ask the recruiter for my email or number and I will try to answer any questions as a driver.

Worked there for 10+ years, great people to work with. Pay and benifits package is phenomenal. New drivers a word of advice, if you treat people with respect and dignity you will get the same treatment back. All companies have a "break in period" after orientation. You will be talking directly to their longtime customers and driving 150k+ equipment around the US. Therefore, expect to be vetted thoroughly with any company out there. Excellent drivers here make $100k + per year!

Been here for over 40 days been driving g for 8 years an I must say I'm impressed if I would have came here in 2016 I would have made this home from the start keep up the good work guys.

Barr-Nunn Transportation has shown to be a company that stands out differently among other companies I have ever worked for. Their support structure from all departments (safety, maintenance, dispatchers, recruiting, etc) are always friendly when they answer the phone and happy to answer all of your questions. The equipment is maintained very well given the amount of vehicles that are managed in their fleet. I also enjoy how they've provided me with a very unique home time schedule that's beneficial to my needs.

My only complaint so far is how the fueling network is setup with how they purchase their fuel. Barr-Nunn uses the major carriers such as TA, Petro, Loves, Pilot, and Flying J, but there are moments that some of these locations don't factor into their fuel network. I'm not exactly sure how or why this is (I assume it has to do with the refineries they order their fuel from) but it can be slightly inconvenient at certain times. Nevertheless, the company is flexible and provides tools for you to find these fuel stations, so the hassle is minimal once you get to understand their website.

My goal is to settle down with this company. I'm excited to be here, I enjoy the pace of work they provide me and I'm comfortable with what I'm being compensated for!

I have worked for Barr-Nunn for a year. Over all this is a great place to work with an amazing leadership. The office people, mechanics, dispatchers, and fellow drivers are all true precessional. The pay is great and there are other little bonuses for select customers that are not outlined on the Barr-Nunn website. If you are interested in working smarter than harder this is the place for you. The only regret with Barr-Nunn is not starting sooner.

I've been with Barr-Nunn for 12yrs and my only regret is that I didn't find them earlier in my career..they're the best company I have ever worked for..driving or not driving..I get the miles I need and the pay is the best in the industry..I will be here until the doors lock or I retire(whichever comes first)..the people are top notch and have helped me through any and all situations that have arose..that's dispatch to the shop,and all the way up to the president of the company..I love it here

Been with em for 4 months now let's just say I'm going to retire here. Great company great pay I can finally say I found a home at Barr-Nunn!
